Today I stopped by just to buy a Mangonada. The staff was very nice and gave me my order just as I asked. Definitely will definitely be coming back. The only thing is sometimes it is hard to find parking.

Terrible staff, terrible service. If this place wants to hire people, hire them with the basic skills to serve people at least. I was the only customer there who walked in and the bell chimes were sounding off- 3 staff members knew I was there and none of them greeted, asked or assisted me, was basically ignored, took me to ask them if they were ready after 6 minutes of standing there. They knew I was there- made eye contact and nothing! Hire people with at least the basic customer service skills. Not coming ever, just taking my money somewhere else, No stars if I could.

I understand if a store is understaffed but please don’t put newbies to close by themselves. The only thing in my corn was cheese. There was more cheese than corn. I had to throw away my entire cup. Chips were beyond stale. Frustrated isn’t even the word. Get better management.

The worker is so rude and rushes you. No one else was in line but she still rushed us. My family wanted to try a flavor and she said ok but then ignored it. She has the worst attitude I have ever seen. The ice cream is also the worst I have tasted. The food isn't good enough for the woman to have the right to act so rudely. She gives Latines a bad name. Do NOT come here. Go to any other Michoacana!!
