The truth is that they sell the same things as many ice cream shops in Chicago. I feel like it's more for show than the quality of the products. The girls don't even know how to prepare things. It's very famous according to them, but the mangoes are better.

They sell the best chicharrón con cueritos here, the flavored waters are the best, the banana split is the best served, I highly recommend them
The place is good, clean and with many popsicles and fresh water, the employees were very friendly and took the time to explain to me the products they had and what they put in it. I recommend the place to drink and/or eat something delicious, sit and listen to the music while you eat.

Very bad service from a young lady with glasses, we asked her for a shake I deliver it draining and with a very bad presentation, in addition to the fact that they were on the inside talking and one waiting for her to come out. I don't recommend that place at all.

The service here was bad. One of the workers see us standing there and all she does is just go talking to the other workers while one is doing her job. We were waiting for a while and all they kept serving was other people and not us so my boyfriend had to go up to the girl and say something. I don't understand why we have to tell you something. Please have better customer service.

Horrible never going again.. ZERO STARS..Soo pricey I got two drinks for $20 it was just two milkshakes ..When I told her I wanted a milkshake she said there isn't no milkshake at all...I had to explain to her what I wanted and yet the presentation was horrible...I was ready to pay and she didn't gave me my change back she kept it... Service was horrible they seen us standing there and just walked away and kept talking in the back room ...DONT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
