Lovely business, good food, but customer service is lacking and staff saying inappropriate comments to customers, needs some improving regarding that! Other than that everything great!
I dont know what they're putting in the ice cream, but this was not it!! And the cueritos, nasty!! Definitely don't recommend, it use to be good, overpriced, but good.. not anymore!

Mango is unripe. Why would you sell that? I KNOW YALL KNOW what mango is supposed to feel and look like. Can’t even bite into it. Mango is supposed to be soft and sweet. The mango you sell here in the cup is unripe, hard, and not good. Had to lick the chamoy off and throw away the rest. What a waste. Do better cause this sucks.
They have a lot of variety and it’s good ! The only thing is the prices are crazy ! It’s a lot compared to other paleterias. I get it maybe because this one seems more fancy lol it’s premium! Some things are overpriced though. Makes me not want to buy certain things. Other than that the service is good. Maybe bring down the prices a little which I bet wouldn’t happen but you can loose business like that with overpriced items.

The BEST ice cream I’ve ever hard!!! Friendly staff, and shop is always super clean. And their tortas!! 🤤 they are fire!!

I got a banana split and it was so bomb, I got the chocolate abuelita, Oreo, coffee. Usually some ice cream stores have that certain taste in their ice cream but not this one. All their ice cream options are super yummy. Def go here
