My favorite sceam sceam place in the city. They have expended their space to accommodate savory tortas and even more flavors. Do not snooze of this place.
Customer service was poor, the lady didn't smile once. She made me feel like she didn't want to serve me. The nacho chips were stale, and the torta was made poor and bread was also dry and stale. Not much urgency between the two women working on an afternoon weekend. Huge menu the pictures look great, but the food quality, and customer service is very poor.
The best spot for elote, all sorts ice cream, yogurts, & almost any type of sweets you can imagine!
Tried this place a second time bcz I wanted to like it and have a good place near me but I was so disappointed again. My family and I got, chicarron preparado, yogurt con fruta, Agua de limon, torta Hawaiian and elotes, the only average item was the elote, a bit too watery but ok I guess. Now the yogurt was supposed to be strawberry and did not taste like it at all, fruit tasted old. The Agua de limon tasted weird, like old limes too. The rest of the food was just odd, not good. Post is for myself. Don’t go there again!!!!! DON’T DO IT!!!!!
Long wait
I used to go here before all the renovations and it was good no problem other than that they were understaffed but that’s understandable, I went in today after the renovations and honestly from looks of it, it looked like “hey seems like there might be good changes” but from the service and the fact that I saw a cockroach in the ice cream it made me not want to come here anymore. I understand it’s understaffed and new changes may cause issues but I feel like if there’s new renovations to make it “better”, shouldn’t they have taken actions with everything not just for the decorations and how the interior looks?
Good paletas and drinks but only 3 employees so you wait 45+ minutes for ice cream. I thought it was an issue when it opened but years later, they still won’t hire enough people. Not worth it.
As delivery driver always make us Stand neglected even order is ready deliberately avoid to give untill they atend or complete all availble customer who came next to us.
So good. Check it out!
Not enough staff, every person have to wait more than 30 minutes for a simple order, every staff have to run around all over the store to just make a simple order ready, the manager needs to hire more staff and run this business like a pro!
BTW, good quality product.

Every time we come here it’s the same problem: this place is extremely understaffed and poorly managed. With only 3 employees and a line of 30+ people, the service is painfully slow. One person has to take your order, make your ice cream, and then also ring you up at the cashier — that’s not how an ice cream shop should run. The owner really needs to step up, hire more staff, or train them to work in separate roles. Until they fix this, expect long waits and frustration.
Great food & ice cream just pricey. $ 6.50 for a scoop of ice cream is insane!

First time coming back after remodeling. Good place to have a lil dates, family gatherings, and friends dates. My only complaint is that the tables a dirty. 😅
Got a small Oreo ice cream — generous portion and great cookie chunks. They definitely have some interesting flavors, like Gansito and spicy mango.
Slowest service in Chicago
