The best place to get ice creams and tortas good service, the staff really friendly and caring and the owner Omar he is a great guy very friendly and he make great ice cream the food they make is amazing I get the supreme Torta and my daughter Torta de salchicha she say they are so delicious highly recommended this Michoacán THE BEST

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype

I was really looking forward to trying the Chocolate Dubai Cup, but it ended up being a major letdown. The chocolate chunks were barely melted, leaving awkward, hard bites throughout instead of the rich, smooth texture you'd expect from a proper chocolate dubai cup. On top of that, the portions of the other ingredients were off — it was premade out of the fridge type of experience & for 15$? That’s crazy never again. For something that’s supposed to be made from scratch , this was a total miss. Definitely not ordering again.

I went to order & i ordered two elotes w very very light mayo, & told the lady like 4x but she still added so much mayo. & the cup holder was broken after I told her she said thats how they all are n my agua de fresa fell right outside. This place have delicious items for them not to have great hearing.

Bad, service, the girl who served us had a very bad attitude, the other one who was there only saw us and did not come to serve us before the other girl arrived, basically the customer service is not the best here

I went in to buy a bag of potato chips w/valentine and lime ..and a cup cake buy the register for dessert ..went back to work sat down to eat my papas and they were stale .. I was so disappointed, than I said I got my cup cake but in it was stale tooo!!! What a waste of money .. there went my lunch and my time .. and my money .. not a good place to go if your super hungry on your lunch ?

I placed my order via Grubhub to skip the line, but upon arrival, I found myself waiting at the register as there was no one present. After patiently waiting for an employee to finish assisting another customer, I stepped forward to pick up my order, only to be ignored by the employee who saw patiently, waiting for her to finish The customer just for her to look at me and walk away. Despite understanding that everyone has their moments, a simple acknowledgment of my presence would have been appreciated, rather than being left unattended. Nevertheless, I eventually received service after flagging down another employee.Pick up service here is ridiculous.

Wayyy to much valentina on everything. Couldn't enjoy it. Used the same utensils for serving topings when they were told about a nut allergy. They didn't care.
