Watered down ass elotes. No mayo, no butter. Straight corn water and melted cheese. Second time we tried. first time we gave it a pass cause there was a long line. We were second in line this time around and still horrible. Definitely not prime.

Terrible customer service by Dalia. I don’t really ever get a bad experience anywhere but this lady seems to be in a bad mood when taking care of people; started arguing with me about what I’m ordering in front of people screaming at me & then starts slamming doors and huffing and puffing. If you don’t feel like coming to work then don’t 😂 . You didn’t have to do all that

Parking: It's not very big but there are no problems with parking.
I just went to buy ice cream, and I was passing through with my dog, they kicked me out of the place because they don't accept pets, THEY SHOULD HAVE A SIGN OUTSIDE ON THE DOOR THAT THEY DO NOT ALLOW AS WELL AS THEY HAVE OTHER TYPES OF SIGNS, That food is not allowed and No Smoking! ?? lousy and apart from expensive!

My friend order a Diablito from here, when we tasted it we realized there was something off. After the second taste we realized there was CLORAX in it. The staff was super nice so we felt uncomfortable making a seen. They told us it was the ice machine by the corner near the staff door and maybe the people that cleaned the machine didn’t do it right. Also they mentioned they hadn’t used that ice machine all day today so they didn’t realize it had clorax. Has anything like this happened to anyone before? Also can I get sick from just taking a couple of sips of clorax?

Loved the Magonada, the banana split was good, the strawberry snow was delicious. The proprietor uses fresh ingredients and makes delicious things, but also has snacks, and lunch items.
Vegetarian options: Lot of options to eat fruit, non dairy fruit based sorbet, do not speak English at times, but willing to translate with phone.
Kid-friendliness: Everyone is nice and friendly. There are lots of things kids would eat. Kids come with their family for a snack.
