Absolutely love the food and the people! Highly recommended to anyone who loves Mexican food or food in general, but be prepared to spend. Trust me though when I say, its worth it!

There was two pieces of hair in our tacos de lengua!! Prices are so high and the meat from our tacos de asada was so hard to chew , this place really went downhill.

My number one favorite spot in town. The service is always amazing and the food is always perfect. I get the veggie burrito and it is super filling and flavorful. Definitely get the salsa verde to go with anything you get. Their horchata is also perfect.

Steak is still great. Prices have really increased in the last few years but it’s a sign of the times, and it just means I go in less often. Bring cash.

One of the best tacos joints around. I’ve been here before a long time ago and this most recent visit was just as delicious as I remember years ago. I just hate that I live so far away haha but I guarantee any time I’m up north I’m always stopping by

Burritos are great but have become prohibitively expensive. $29 for a burrito and coke is insane. You could get a carne asada dinner at a nice Mexican restaurant for that price. It sucks but I will not go there anymore

I can’t believe the prices for the extremely small and skimpy tacos. I’ve gone to many taco places with real asada cooked to perfection and filled tacos for cheaper prices. I was extremely disappointed in my tacos. I ordered 2 asada for myself, 2 asada for my husband, 1 can of coke and 1 small horchata and paid over $35. That makes it almost $7 a taco! The soda was $1.65 and the horchata was $2.50 but the asada tacos were blanked out on the menu so you don’t see the price until you pay. Normally I wouldn’t be bothered to pay that much, but the quality and quantity has to match the pricing. The quality of meat was good but the flavoring was generic and the amount per taco was very skimpy. Won’t come again.

Best steak in Chicago, yes they are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Their meat isn't minced mystery meat, it's actual pieces of steak cut into perfect sizes and juicy. Well seasoned and their salsa negra elevates the entire experience. The burrito and tacos are packed with meat, and again a bit pricey. But I have zero issues paying for quality over quantity.
