Never seen ppl this slow before omg!!!! The docks are empty and they’re still not working to get trucks out of here!!! It only took the shipper 30-45 minutes to load this truck and I’ve been here since 10:30am and it’s going on 1:30pm and still haven’t even got a dock!!!

Let me start out by saying that La Preferdia has excellent products that my family has been buying for years. The problem that we had with them is that I responded to a e-mail offer that I was very glad to receive and I went ahead and made an approximate $70 purchase online. The problem is that they used a third party to ship their products and then another party for the physical shipping which was Amazon shipping. None of their emails or anything said that this would be handled by third party handlers. We got a blind e-mail from Amazon shipping saying that a package from GCP I/O was coming. We contacted Amazon to find out what was coming because we had no outstanding orders. Amazon had absolutely no idea of what I was talking about and I spent over three hours on several phone calls where I was abused, hung up on, and disconnected, without getting any information whatsoever with a high fear and likelihood that we were being scammed in some way or another. Shame on La Preferida Inc, for using all these third parties and not bothering to inform their customers that it would be shipped and handled blindly by third party vendors, creating huge amounts of confusion and mistrust.

My wife and I purchased the La Preferida Carne Asada and Al Pastor Seasoning packets and love them both. We noticed that they both have a richer, more authentic Mexican flavor than other brands we have purchased in the past - and we've eaten at restaurants all throughout Mexico, so we speak from experience! Highly recommended!!!
The workers there are friendly and very considerate. I had to do a blind side backing in dock 7 and I was struggling. They were very helpful and told me to take my time. Thanks to you all, especially the manager of the facility. Thanks for your understanding and patience. The loading was very quick. God bless you all.

Urban Cowboy Transport LLC, I truly do miss running loads for this company they where truly professional and one of the loaders that had been there for a long time was a great guy always has a positive attitude, all the people there was great to work with, hopefully me as a owner operator can find away to start running loads for them again great people makes for a great company thanks for the trust in moving your loads.

Great place to pu/del. Lot is small but manageable, you'll have to blindside doors 6 and 7 but lots of room in between each one. Not sure if they let you but plenty of room for overnight in adjacent lot. It's hard to find, no matter which way you approach from I55 you'll have to come in off Southbound exit. There's a turn around if going north. When you get off exit and come to light entrance is dirt road straight across. Follow it down and building is on right. Posted pic of sign at entrance.
