from out of town and saw great ratings for this place… very sweet family running the place. delicious sandwich, i got the 3 little pigs. said it was my first time there when ordering and the nice lady who took my order catch me before i left and offered me a free shot they do… it was amazing to say the least. will be back when back in town.

Such a wonderful sandwich shop!! I got the Chancleta sandwich and it was by far one of the most delicious sandwiches I’ve ever had. The staff was so friendly and inviting. I wish I lived locally so I could make this place a regular stop. I’ll be visiting each time I come to Chicago.

I had the privilege of trying one of these sandwiches, SPECIFICALLY La Chancleta with pastrami. It was gifted upon me. A sandwich connoisseur. A thoughtful gift from my thoughtful sister who lives in the area. Never in my life have I had a sandwich that could be used as bribery to commit crimes. I’m appalled at the things this sandwich could get me to do. And I’d do it because love has no boundaries. I fear the next time I visit her for you might find me hiding in one of the closets of your establishment in primal big back position.
