DO NOT BUY I ordered the turkey avocado sandwich, but neither the menu nor the clerk indicated it was served cold. The clerk failed to communicate my order to the staff. I waited over 10 minutes while workers were idle before I asked about my order. The worker interrogated me about my order before handing me a cold sandwich 20 seconds later.

The are two Tapenade restaurants in terminal 2, this one is between gates E9 and E11. Good for a grab and go lunch/quick snack. No seating available.

Out of everything and what they have includes a side you pay for…. but don’t get.

Absolutely awful experience. Would not let us sit at the bar and eat unless we bought an alcoholic beverage only. Absolute joke of an establishment!

Food was good for a quick sandwich. I was starving so I ate the WHOLE SANDWICH. 🥪 Person serving was nice and communicated effectively. The atmosphere was not there, no decor or theme whatsoever !

Despise the terrible reviews, we came here and enjoyed a wonderful panini breakfast sandwich, Mediterranean salad and coffee with no issues. I was pretty surprised in a good way. The lady Maritza and the rest of employees seemed nice and helped us chose from the menu. If given the opportunity, we'll come back again.
Very early in my life I learned "if you have money to buy a V8 car you better have money to fill up the gas tank too." With that been said, if you have money to travel and fly, you should know airport food is ex-pen-si-ve and low quality for the most part.

Food is good - the bread is fresh and crunchy, and it is super well-served. But service is terrible- the guy at the cashier acts as if he was doing you a favor for everything, even asking for cutlery.

Had a premade mediterranean chicken salad. It was delicious, romaine, blue cheese, sliced almonds, marinated chicken, and some mint. Very fresh and the staff were nice.

$17 for a sandwich (after tax) that is the size of my pinky finger. The very angry hostess who was on her phone and when I told her to cancel my order she shouted: OH SHIIIIIIT. Pardon? But what is this behavior even if the error comes from me because I didn't look closely at the prices displayed, no reason to respond this way. I don't recommend it at all.

Great experience in Chicago airport! Amir provides the greatest service and we will definitely come again!

I mean, it’s overpriced airport food but the options are limited at ORD. So I’ll take it. Most of the prepackaged grab and go stuff around the airport are sodium bombs. So it was nice having a healthier option. I got the roasted veggie quinoa salad without cheese. Toppings were sparse and it was mostly bland greens, but still, nice to have a fresher salad there! I’d get it again. #Veganuary
A hidden scam on the price of a glass of wine, very unwelcome after the waiter was more than friendly to me.

If I could rate it with zero stars, I would do that. No matter the quality of food, the cashier was rude and not willing to help me. Really expensive, I do not suggest it. 22$ just for a small panini sandwich and a water.
$22.77 for a small, dry, flavorless sandwich and a small bag of chips is outrageous. Find somewhere else to spend your money.
