The customer service here is an experience. Unfortunately, not the good kind. The food is fine, solidly “okay,” but not nearly good enough to distract you from the weird energy.
First visit: I sat on the patio, a bug dive bombed into my margarita, and when I asked for a replacement, the waiter sighed like I had just asked him to juice the limes himself. He told me this “normally isn’t allowed” since I chose to sit outside, and maybe I should “drink faster” next time. Apparently that is their pest control policy. My suggestion? Cover the patio or figure out a way to keep bugs out of drinks instead of blaming customers for their sip speed.
Second visit: Fine. Unremarkable and perfectly neutral.
Third visit: We were turned away because my friend had a baby. The staff explained that babies aren’t allowed because it is “technically a bar.” Mind you, this was midday, not a late night tequila fueled hour, and they were serving full plates of tacos and enchiladas, not just bar snacks. Also, they let dogs sit on the patio. So, dogs are fine, but a human baby isn’t? Make it make sense.
Bottom line: the food is okay, the service is bizarre, and the policies are not customer forward. If the goal is to make customers feel unwelcome, mission accomplished.

Tamarindo margarita, pepino margarita on rocks were great. The tacos were on point.(tried one of each). Our server worked really hard and did an awesome job.

Waitress “accidentally” charged our card an extra 20$ and had an attitude that I noticed and asked for an itemized bill. Then rudely apologized.. also got vegan tacos WITH cheese on them.. my group spent 400$ total and we all were disappointed with service

Im a foodie also love great attitude!! Me and my girlfriend sat at the Bar we had Susie the bartender she get 10 stars frome me and my partner.polite beautiful and caring is an understatement. My family owns a lot of restaurants and bars in NY city we are here looking to open some here in Chicago I can't wait to go back and try to steal Susie she knows how to sell her self and has the best attitude!! I appreciate her talking highly of the owner that empress the hell out me and my partner see you Oct thank you so much Susie you're one person that I truly believe in my heart that you are going places!! Stay blessed polite powerful hot wonderful women!! Bacci !!

The bartenders add their own tips! I went and got three shots one for me and two for my friends and got charged the exact amount down to the cent I had on my receipt then a follow up amount for 20 even like be so for real I wasn’t even drunk for them to try being slick like that, my bartender was a girl with dirty blonde hair, ever since this incident I look at name tags now at new places. Come to find out this happens a lot

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We did not get served after sitting there over 25 minutes. It was not busy at all. I witnessed 2 people go to the bar and got served after we have been there and no one have seen us at the table. As me and fiancée was walking out no one asked why we where leaving they just showed us the exit! Fire everybody get new staff. 0/10 never recommend!!!!
