Service is trash.. be careful when you pay, l was charged for another tables meal & now l have to wait 3-5 days for a refund on my account. The manager had an attitude, the whole time, when l tried to explain to her what was going on. Never coming back!

On one of the coldest days in Chicago, I found myself randomly at Lalo’s. We were promptly greeted and when sat down they brought out complimentary chips, salsa and a little cup of warm chicken soup. Both the chips and salsa were fresh, warm and delicious. The soup was freshly made and such a perfect comfort from coming out of the cold. Food was delicious and service was attentive , friendly and thoughtful. Loved the overall atmosphere and the upbeat Latin music. A 10 out of 10 positive experience that prompted me to leave this review.

This place never disappoints us! This is a favorite for my family!
I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years. I love them. The only dish I order is the quesadilla with chicken shrimp in the spinach. I never tried anything else all the years I’ve been coming here.
