No more lao sze chuan for me. I used to be a regular customer. No more. The quality of their food both on delivery and dining at the restaurant is bad and has gone downhill. As well as their waiters. I noticed it for awhile and just not one time. I let it go but no more. At my current visit today they served me bad food. I ordered their mapo tofu as I usually do. They served me just tofu and a couple veggies in a watery red mixture. Extremely watery, just liquid red gravy if you can call it that. Not thick at all. Like soup. Also it wasnt hot and spicy anymore. Just red pepper flakes now. Oh, and tough and hard to chew the couple of veggies they include in it. Those few veggies aren't cooked well. Took out of my mouth and put aside. Served me warm water. Waiter was not attentive to my table and their weren't any other customers there. Charged me for white rice which is included. Bad waiter service experience. Extremely overpriced. Poor quality food. I wont be returning nor ordering delivery anymore either. They lost my business. There are plenty restaurants to explore in the city!

Unprofessional Service – Not Recommended for Delivery Drivers
I came to this restaurant to pick up an order for Uber Eats, and the experience was very disappointing. The food was not ready on time, and I had to wait much longer than expected, which delays other deliveries and affects my ratings.
To make things worse, one of the staff members was extremely rude and spoke in a very disrespectful way when I simply asked about the order status.
As a delivery driver, we expect basic professionalism and timely service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope the management addresses it.

The Chinatown location is great—this one is just dumpy. Stopped in on a Thursday night, and everything was a mess. The wait to order, to get our food, and even to pay the check was painfully slow.
Worse than that was the constant stream of delivery drivers crowding the space. One had a video playing out loud on his phone (no headphones), and another kept scratching his butt with his hand inside his pants. Not exactly appetizing.
But the real dealbreaker? Mold on the ice. I ordered a Diet Coke, and after asking again 15 minutes later, the server finally brought it—with a cup of ice clearly covered in mold. I pointed it out and told them to take it away. No apology. No reaction. Not even a “whoa, sorry about that.”
The food? Fine. The check? Still had the Diet Coke on it.
Save yourself the trip—and the potential diarrhea from mold exposure.

Amazing Flavor and Perfect Spice – A Must-Try Chinese Spot!
I had an incredible experience at this Chinese restaurant! The food was full of bold, authentic flavors and just the right amount of spice to keep things exciting without being overwhelming. Every dish was cooked to perfection — especially the [insert your favorite dish here, like General Tao's Chicken or Combination Fried Rice, which had a beautiful balance of heat and richness
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. You can tell they really care about both the food and the customers.
If you love Chinese cuisine with a kick, this place is a gem. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Not much flavor except for hot spice. Dumplings were chewy bao was too much vinegar. The beef was so full of fat we couldn’t cut it. Hard pass

I ordered orange chicken on uber eats and 70% of it is just fried breading in orange sauce?? No chicken… quality has really fallen off here
For the price, im pretty dissapointed, orange chicken was dry and didnt have that much meat to it
