Extremely disappointed. I spent thirty dollars on a taxi to get to this place, only to find out it was closed today. Their previous announcement only mentioned being closed at the beginning of March, with no mention of today. There was no indication of this closure anywhere in advance, which was quite frustrating. I hope the business can provide more accurate opening information in the future to prevent such inconveniences.

I heard about this places on Instagram. Made reservations for my birthday. Was so EXCITED to go, only to get there & they were closed. Big Disappointment! End up going somewhere else better.

With the price you pay at $26.88 per person including soup base, we thought it was a really good deal given the quality of food. Sure, there are not like 100 things you can order but they have what we wanted. The sauce station is actually better than that of Happy Lamb, so is the flavoring of the food and soup base. We'll def come back.

Great experience. FYI, this place is "bring your own bottle." I wish I had known that. Unique experience if you like ramen. Not very many seasonings are available, so bring your own. Love that it's you can eat. Just be mindful of what you order because they charge a "waste fee" of 50%.

Chicago's Lao Jiu Men Hot Pot is a true gem. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, perfect for family dinners or hanging out with friends. The staff is friendly and helpful, which made our dining experience even better.

Have visited this restaurant several times, I can say I have had amazing services all but one day but I give them credit that it was extremely busy and we had a large group. Besides that the food is good.T he only reason for the 4 stars is because the menu is constantly changing, when you mention this to staff they act like it’s never existed! It would be easier just say “we’ve changed the menu” or “sorry, we no longer serve that” non the less the food is always tasty and the all you can eat is worth the price.
