Service is horrible, waitresses act as if they’re just learning. The guy at the front taking to go orders is also rude. Food is MID. Don’t waste ur money here. All they do is sit around and gossip.

This was honestly the worst service I’ve had in a long time. I ordered a mojarra a la diabla and clearly asked for the rice and salad on the side so it wouldn’t get soggy. That didn’t happen. I also ordered two large ceviches, but ended up getting the wrong size and they didn’t even include tostadas.
I called to explain the issue, and the person I spoke with “ Pedro” was super rude and basically acted like I was making things up. He said they’d need to take the food back to “check” if what I was saying was true. Seriously? Not only did they mess up my order, but now I’m being questioned and expected to drive all the way back just to prove it?
When he asked what I wanted, I said just send me the correct order through Uber or give me a refund and he refused. He kept insisting I drive back instead. Completely unprofessional and honestly just disrespectful.
This whole experience was a mess. Definitely not ordering from here again.

The food was tasty. The service was good and fast. I have ordered a takeout before, but never dine in. The restaurant was pricey compared to similar seafood places around the area. I was shocked when the waitress came back with my card and said I was going to be charged extra if I used my debit card. This is the first time a restaurant has charged me to pay with a card. Very disappointing. There's no reason to pay extra for using a card!

The 7 seas broth is not what I expected, it was flavorless, with few seafood and salty aside, I give it a (3/10). We also ordered shrimp empanadas and they were very dry and tasteless, which my son didn't like. The simple shrimp fajitas and the dried shrimp. They really say they are Mexican restaurants but at least they make an effort to make the food like that of Mexico and apart from that expensive. I don't recommend it.

We ordered a ceviche as a starter that came with shrimp, and as a main course my husband ordered some pasta with shrimp and I ordered a fish that came in seafood sauce. To my surprise, when the ceviche arrived along with the other dishes, I realized that the shrimp have not been deveined!!!!!! A ceviche is usually made with raw fish, omg how they are going to put shrimp that are not deveined, basically they are putting the shrimp with all its stomach (and poop) so that you can eat it. When I asked to return the dishes, the restaurant manager stated that all their dishes that contained shrimp it would be like that. He assured that none of his customers had complained about it and that I was not going to find a shrimp with the flavor they had anywhere in Chicago. It's a miracle that they haven't had a health problem or a major problem due to people getting sick from poisoned food.
