I order tacos dorados. Delivery was super fast but this tacos wasn't make at the moment when I call, seriously.!!! Its easy to know when there is a fresh taco Dorado because is crunchy ( but when is not crunchy, test like gum that means it's not fresh) I rather wait 15 or 20 minutes more but get a fresh tacos dorados.

I finally got around to trying this spot I’d been eyeing for a while, and overall, the food was really really good. I ordered the Torta Ahogada, which was delicious, but I did notice a couple of things. It came with just a tiny piece of lime and was a little light on the tomato sauce. For anyone who knows this dish, the Birote Salado bread is pretty sturdy, so it really shines when it’s soaked up with enough sauce to make it soft and juicy.

I asked for a bit more lime and extra sauce, and they were super quick about bringing it out—one whole lime cut into six pieces (I only used one) and about 5 ounces of sauce (I used half). After that little adjustment, my torta was amazing and exactly how they serve it in Guadalajara!

The only downside was the check—turns out I was charged almost $2 for the extra slice of lime I used and over $2 for the extra sauce. I totally get that extras usually come with a cost, but being charged over $4 for something that felt kind of essential to the dish was surprising. I didn’t bring it up there since it wasn’t the server’s fault and there was no manager around, but it’s worth mentioning.

Funny enough, I told a friend about this place and when he stopped by, the first thing he mentioned—without me even saying anything—was the same thing: loved the food, but felt overcharged for some extra lime and sauce.

That aside, the torta itself was really tasty, and I’d recommend it. Just hoping the restaurant takes this feedback into consideration, because I'm pretty sure we are not the only ones that left your restaurant with that feeling.

The waitress was not very attentive. Tje food was not very good the steak meat was burnt i think i got all the crumbs and grease. The tacos al pastor had no taste to them. I will definitely not eat there again. Oh also the cucumber lemon water was not good at all. It tasted like it had been sitting for days. Very disappointing.

SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY! OLD COLD REHEATED MEAT. Ive ate at both locations and each of them is utterly disappointing. The food was obviously reheated, the flavor of the steak was overpowered by the taste of old grease. I have NEVER spit out food but this was the exception! I just could not bring myself to consume it.. I’m suprised it’s still operating.

Terrible service from the waitress, she didn't know who the dishes were from, the food lacked salt, the wrong orders, the water tasted like refrigeration, I wouldn't go back.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the hostess/waitress in an empty establishment that contained 2 dining areas with no customers dining in on a Saturday night (🚩). We visted this establishment with 2 adults and 1 toddler so we were the only patrons dining in. We sat our selves down and it took several minutes before the waitress brought tortilla chips and menus to our table. We had to ask for a high chair because the waitress was never going to offer us one for our toddler(🚩). The waitress took our order but she never brought any water to our table(🚩). Any basic waitress would have brung every customer a cup of water. so at that point I knew service was not going to improve. The ordering was difficult because some plates have sides that are unnecessary and some plates don't have sides. They don't offer a option where you can turn your torta into a dinner. You have to explain about 2 times before the waitress comprehends that your trying to add rice and beans as a side option for the torta not adding the rice and beans to the inside of the torta. We dined in for about 1 hour and not once did the waitress refill my water even tho it was placed on the edge of the table so she can see it and refill it. Mind you all I had as a drink was water. Once we finished eating I decided to order an horchata. My wife was returning from the bathroom when I gave my wife my debit card to finish the transaction and pay while I used the restroom. Once I returned from the restroom my wife handed me the card and receipt. As we walked out they stopped us saying we were dining and dashing. Between me and my wife there was a confusion. She was under the impression I payed for the meal and ordered the horchata after payment due to the waitress only charging about $6 for the large horchata with no other charge. I was under the impression that they had enough sense to add the drink to the bill and charge us for everything at once. We had our jackets on ready to leave and we were clearly the only customers in the establishment. I spent good money on sub par food and horrible service. I completely understand why this establishment is empty on a Saturday night with 2 great dining areas that would make them a profitable restaurant if they would focus on service and production. Overall the food is not worth the price tag. This establishment will not see another dime from me and they shouldn't see yours either. Just to clarify all the communication was in Spanish even though I am commenting in English. So language is not an option for any misunderstandings. Dine at your own risk.
