Lovely walk in place for coffee, fresh juices or sandwiches. My combo is espresso and donuts.

I usually go to Starbucks but come and grab nicely brewed Americano here whenever I come to River North

The service is incredibly slow. Waited 15 minutes for a drink. With this much traffic in Eataly, they need to have better operations.

A touch run down, but otherwise nice atmosphere. Pretty average service and food. Coffee is above average, but not amazing.

Best coffee in town, and amazing gluten free sandwich.

Enjoyed the macchiato espresso and their triple chocolate cake. Excellent cappuccino too. Like that the serve in porcelain cups. Definitely one of the better coffee shops.

Great coffee, fantastic service!! Instead of waiting in line for 45 minutes to get into the massive new Starbucks, we walked 2 blocks and had better coffee from people who clearly cared about taking care of us.

My roommate and I decided to try Lavazza because they have really great K Cups for our Keurig. We had high hopes, but were disappointed by our experience at this location. To start, the location was small and cramped with minimal space for seating. As we found a place to sit, we realized that we had to avoid going too far towards the back of the store because there was a stench that grew as you walked towards the back. When we ordered, the food and drink came out quick, but that reflected in the taste. The coffee was nothing special, but did come in a rather generous portion. The bagel I got tasted like a bagel you can buy from any grocery store. The prices were decent, but, overall, I wasn't very impressed with my experience and would highly recommend other options in the area.

Great local place. Had a chai latte with almond milk and hot chocolate. Speedy service with great servers.

I decided to come here for 2 reasons: I see Lavazza in Jerry Seinfeld's Netflix show, and I have Lavazza K-Cups that are pretty solid. Sadly, I was kind of disappointed with my experience. See my review below: Coffee - Just okay. I got a cappuccino, and though I thought it was PHENOMENAL value for the price, it just wasn't that great. It tasted kind of burnt, and the fact that I had such a large quantity of it made that a bigger factor than I would have liked. Food - I got a bagel with plain cream cheese. A very plain order with very plain quality. Just needed sustenance and it provided that. Value for Price - Said it above, but it was amazing. I got the BIGGEST cup of coffee for a really reasonable price, and I was more than satisfied by the quantity. Usually I end up getting multiple drinks at coffee shops, but I was fine with just one here. Honestly, if I went back I'd just get a small or medium instead of a large. Environment/Ambiance - Fine, but not great. The area by the counter is very cramped, and there are limited options to sit down in the rest of the shop. If you timed it right, you could find seating, but don't count on it. Nothing crazy here. If you want coffee or a quick bite, they've got it and you don't need to be afraid. But, I think there are better options not too far away.

Always a must when in this area of the city. Use to go to the one on Jackson until it closed. Service is always good and their iced mocha is delicious. Great location.

Always enjoy stopping by Lavazza when I am in the Windy City. Small and quaint but always good!
