There is no better sushi value in Chicago as far as I can tell. Really good fresh fish, good ratio rice to fish on nigiri. Remarkably inexpensive, even the sweet potato roll really good. Have tried maybe six rolls and 8-9. Nigiri types. All great. Order shared, bring cash and enjoy the find!
My go-to spot for takeout sushi! Fresh fish, great value, and lots of roll options. Cheaper than the Chinatown location, but parking can be a pain. Call ahead—always busy! Cash-only and mainly for takeout.
