The taste is same no matter wht you order. Seems like they have a bowl of fish meat& mold it into whteva u order roll it on 20 layers of batter& throw it in grease. Don't waste ur money

Food was average it use to be way better but now it’s basic, has no real quality for the prices offered not to mention those expensive 4 wings in which you all should cancel the contract with him being those large injected wings take too long to cook and are too expensive. Seems he is preying on the ppl. You should consider going back private instead of the corporate greed of putting a fast dollar over quality and perfection of taste. You all use to be exclusive now you just average. I miss the 90’ Lawrence fish. They say they been having the same management for 35yrs well that just very is the problem. Management is out of date and have loss sight. This place thrive only from its past like Harold Chicken I analogize to an old dope spot that use to have good dope but no longer it has sold out to cutting back on quality for for a dollar and using the name from the 90’s…Sorry be the one who tells the truth.

When I went there lt was late at night like 3am on Sunday and the cashier was rude in every way possible for no reason he was rushing us on our order and there wasn't even anyone behind us waiting then he got mad and cursed at us because we wanted some mild sauce instead of just a bag full of hot sauce the food wasn't even good the catfish was extra fishy

I really like the sailor they have inside the front door. Catfish was yummy with tartar sauce. Watch out! The shrimp comes with french fries also!

Ordered off grub hub. Only 1.5 mi away. Catfish tasted terrible. Super fishy. Shrimp tasted like chemicals. Zing wings flavor was ok, but they were globs of fried dough with bones in them. Hot sauce had little to no flavor and couldn't cover up the nastiness of the fish.
Would not order from here again.

I called in an order for takeout. When I arrived the staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. I ordered the shrimp meal with fries and a drink. I also ordered dessert, a nice rendition of banana pudding. I’ll definitely be back to try more yummy seafood 😋

The employees are all nice. Aside that, the food is overpriced and not worth the hype. The breading used has no flavor and leaves a nasty after taste of plastic not sure if its the oil used or the actual batter used that makes it taste weird that way, the shrimp are so chewy from being overcooked.Its more breading than actual shrimp. I really wanted to like this place but its a no for me.

No more of this crap for me, my shrimp were not done and I got 6 POPCORN SHRIMP AND 1 LARGE SHRIMP. LAWRENCE'S SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR SENDING OUT SUCH HORRIBLE FOOD! THE BATTER WAS STILL WET! I THREW THAT MESS AWAY BECAUSE I HAD MADE IT HOME GOT COMFORTABLE AND NOT TO MENTION I WAS HUNGRY! I HATE IT WHEN THIS HAPPENS. Okay, I decided to try Lawrence Fishery once again from 6 years ago and I paid $12 and change for 1/2 pound and I only got 6 small shrimp, let me be clear, I got 5 small shrimps and 1 nugget of something. I called and the Manager said “yep”that’s all you get. I had to share with my son so I had 2 small shrimp and the nugget. All I can say is if they ask you if you want crackers you better take ‘em.
For Real this time NO MORE LAWRENCE FISHERY for me.

For me, it was very disappointing. Had not been there in a decade. Stopped with a friend. She was recovering from a bad batch of peanut butter cookies. Her white fish that she ate was fine. My first bite into my catfish stripes was a big warning. It smelled FISHY. I returned my food immediately. Did not want to take a chance with my batch of food. Strong indicator that that fish was not fresh. I received a refund from the guy who was cooking it. Perhaps he knew how fresh the fish he was serving.
