Diamond D has the worst customer service ever. I was coming from a funeral was not in the mood and hungry and she ruined my day more. REALLY bad attitude and couldn’t understand why , when there was no customers at all. DEFINITELY NOT COMING HERE AGAIN.

Great service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and in good condition. You can tell that the manager keeps up with maintenance of the building. Breaded shrimp is awesome!!!

We stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday for their Shrimp special. The restaurant is nicely decorated and very clean. Our server Roderick greeted us with a smile and was very welcoming. We joined the rewards program, you earn points for every purchase. The shrimp was delicious! I’m always satisfied with their food.

I placed my order through GrubHub for catfish strips, popcorn shrimp and their signature sauces (before service fee, delivery and tip my total was $31.60). I didn't receive the catfish strips, so the disappointment started there, but wasn't reason enough for the 1 star review, mistakes happen, cool. The popcorn shrimp was the reason I ran over to leave a review. That popcorn shrimp was the worst I've ever had. It tasted like plastic, not just like it came out of a plastic bag, (which is bad enough) but like it was plastic shrimp coated in plastic batter then fried in plastic grease. I'm not sure how that even happens. For a place that literally has shrimp in the name, is crazy that y'all are serving that. Inedible. And now I'm hangry.

Effin Horrible!!! I haven't been to Lawrence's in a while but I had a taste for some fried shrimp and decided to stop by after work. I ordered the half lightly breaded shrimp and the fish bites. First, the shrimp had no taste to them. The cocktail sauce helped them out other than that, big thumbs down. The fish bites were absolutely terrible. They were dry and had some weird taste that my dog didn't even like. I should have known I wasn't going to enjoy the food when I saw it all came out of bags from the freezer. I won't return.
The food was cook too hard and terrible experience. Stay away from all locations. It didn't taste like real fish. Highly disappointed

I went here for my Mom, I don't personally care for them, it's been a while since I've had them but they can be rather expensive & less food you're paying for.
The food was really good! However the reason why I’m posting is because of the great customer service from “Amerca” she made my first visit pleasant. You don’t find to many people in this industry smiling and friendly anymore. She was breath of fresh air.
