If you have tastebuds, you HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE! The food is all made from scratch, the service is great and you can really tell how passionate the owner is about what she does. We tried the goat and the snapper and they were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. Do yourself a favor and come here!

Wow wow wow. We ordered braised fish and eru. The fish was very well seasoned to the bone. The kind of spices that chase Covid. The Eru was very delicious with ALL the obstacles present. 100/10. The environment is clean with plenty of parking. How not to come back a.next.time.

Parking: There is a big parking garage ready and available to host. Definitely worth doing business here.

We stumbled upon this place today and we are so happy we did. Delicious and fresh. We had the tilapia with the rice and the goat stew with plantains and both were perfectly seasoned. Did I mention delicious? ? The staff was attentive and helped us with the menu. The hot sauce is fire but sooooo good. A little goes a long way. The beignets were so good too. We will definitely be back.

I was brought back to my childhood favor food, delicious and amazing. And the taste was the same. Like it's name the garden, it is really a place where you are transported in memories through a good service and a great atmosphere. Words don't make justice to that place go see for yourself.

I was super excited to find this place and get a taste of home in Chicago. This is such genuinely Cameroonian food! It tastes amazing and the chef is super nice and friendly. The ndole was delicious, 100/100 would recommend. Honsstly when i first saw the portion I thought it was small, buy it's deceptive. I was more than full by the ens. They'll surely be seeing me more.

The only positive thing about this restaurant is the clean environment. The rest is a nightmare..I paid her to do a buffet for me and my guests for my graduation and it was a hot mess.......... Old Chafing dishes........Food served cold......chicken alfredo worst i have ever had or seen....Fruits juice staled..... Ndole no salt or oil.... Salad seem as if it was a left over from another event.Worst of all she imposed tips in her invoice and i paid her one month before my event. I had to take my guests that evening to another restaurant so they could eat since all of us flew in from different states and knew no body in Chicago.. I would never recommend or her services to anyone.!!!!Ask her to cook for your guests at your own risk.!!......

“I arrived looking for copper and found GOLD” first time trying this fusion of African and French food, the best description of what the food seemed to me is that I felt the food was homely but with the flavors of spices that you have not tried but you are delighted. 100% recommended, friendly and pleasant treatment, I will return whenever I can.

I have ordered take outs from Le Jardin more times than I can count and I have NEVER been disappointed. The portions are huge (i always have leftovers for next day). The price is unbeatable. The food tastes freshly made, seasonned to perfection and decorated perfectly for social media pictures. I have had the pleasure of eating inside frequently, but the few times I have were pleasant. The servers are polite and caring and the owner often checks on guests whenever she can.I highly recommend Le Jardin to any food lover from any origin or race.
