Le Macaron French Pastries

The macarons look delicious but I had to wait 2 hrs to actually enjoy them as they wee frozen solid. Same thing with Napoleon. I am a former pastry chef so that tells me that it isn’t made on the premises daily.

Bad customer service

Just bought 12 macarons in this oakbroak mall location 5 MINUTES AGO TODAY 6/9/25....if there was a negative star as IN NEGATIVE FIVE STAR THATS WHAT I WOULD RATE THIS PLACE..31 PLUS DOLLARS HIGHLY PRICED FOR A TASTE LIKE CRAP MACARONS...U CAN GET A BETTER TASTE IN COSTCO...THE MAKER MUST BE LIKE 6 OR 7 YEARS OLD ...THEY BASICALLY PUT COLORING ON ALL DIFFERENT ONES CUZ THEY ALL TASTE THE SAME ..LIKE CRAP ...IM SORRY FOR THIS BUT I LOVE MACARONS N IM VERY INSULTED ON TASTE N PRICE..PLS CLOSE DOWN SHOP N START ONLINE FIRST N GET REVIEW BEFORE U PUT A STORE

Not sure what to make out of it, gelato from a French pastry? It tastes pretty good

I recently ordered a selection of macarons for my daughter’s bridal shower. I needed a large quantity to fill a tower I was displaying at the shower. I submitted an email in order to find out how to create a custom order. Manoj responded promptly and assisted every step of the way, ensuring that everything went smoothly and fit my vision. My order was ready for pickup per my request, the store associate who pulled my order was friendly and answered the questions I had thoroughly and with a smile. And the macarons were absolutely delicious! All my guests enjoyed them and they looked beautiful alongside the mimosa bar. Thank you again Manoj and team, you definitely have another repeat customer!

Dropping by here is a splurge for sure but their macarons are by far the best in the area. Pistachio is a non-negotiable favorite. Service is fairly friendly and you’ll be in and out instantly.

Delicious quality pastries ? ? had to come back and get seconds. Perfect balance and flavors. I recommend the raspberry macarons and the Gelato. Haven't tried everything yet have to come back and sample then all one day! Very kind service and authentic as can be.

Napoleon is not fresh and not really close to real thing unfortunately, was looking to order every week, why are all good ones far from me ?

The staff was very kind and professional but the cookies being sold as macarons were overbearingly sweet and all tasted the same. I suggest going to whole foods for macaroons.

I am very disappointed with these macarons. I ordered from this store yesterday through Uber Eats. The macarons were not fresh and didn't taste good. When I opened the package, I saw that the macarons were dry and didn't have the softness that good macarons should have. Some of them were even wet inside, like they were frozen and thawed quickly.I would advise others to spend their money elsewhere if they are looking for truly delicious macarons. I am surprised by the numerous positive reviews this place has received, as it seems they may have been written by individuals who have not had the opportunity to try genuinely exceptional macarons.Overall, my experience with these macarons was highly disappointing, and I would not recommend them to others seeking a delightful macaron experience.
