I love coming here to eat when I come to Chinatown. The place is quiet and they give good service. They’re not overwhelming.

Service was extremely poor, server had attitude we came during lunchtime ask for the lunch menu. She quickly snatched up the dinner, menus and slam down the lunch menus. No smile, no welcoming, tone or anything.

Food was very mediocre, of course, fresh, but lacked flavor or seasoning, had to ask for pre-package, soy & sour sauce, because the condiments placed on the table were disgustingly dirty.

Try to have a nice lunch experience. However, I will never return to this location. Everyone was rude and made me rethink the type of life that I was living. I wouldn’t take my dog here to eat!

The food here is honestly SO good but unfortunately the service here is awful. I’ve dined in twice and both times our server was very short with us, rolled her eyes, slammed plates on the table, and this was all while receiving dirty looks from other staff members. I never leave bad reviews and I understand having bad days at work because I’m a server myself, but I have never been so genuinely uncomfortable while dining inside of a restaurant before. Maybe order your food to go???????

This is the dirtiest restaurant with the worst service I have ever been to. All the utensils were filthy, as if they didn’t bother cleaning them at all. The service from the women working there was extremely poor. Never come here guys !!!!!!

We went on a busy Saturday night and were seated right away. They have the option of outdoor dining which is nice. We ordered the crunchy garlic ribs and they were good. A couple could have been cooked a little longer. The eggrolls were good but didn’t jump at you with flavor. Crab Rangoons had real crab meat which is nice, the cream cheese was really sweet some in our group compared it to cheesecake filling. The Beef and Noodles were very flavorful and made with quality noodles. One unique thing about this place is the sweet and sour sauce. It seems to be made with an applesauce base. The hot mustard has a healthy mix of horseradish, I like it but it’s an experience. Will go back and try some other dishes. Service and host were very nice the food came fast.

employees were rude. They had a horrible attitude. And service was bad. She slammed all of our cups and plates and when it was time to pay she was forcing a tip. I didn’t tip her cause of horrible customer service. She started catching an attitude and yelled.

Some of the best Cantonese food in Chicago. Try to look past the bad and taste the good. 😋

It was legitimately the worst Chinese food I have ever had or smelled.

Don’t let the two stars fool you — I might just come back for the experience! It started innocently enough: I tried to move us from a big table to a smaller one (you know, to be courteous!), but apparently, that translated to “table diva” in waitress-speak. From that point on, we were officially the restaurant’s villains.

Our plates were relocated with the enthusiasm of a toddler throwing a tantrum, and as our waitress walked away, she loudly announced her disgust — like we were the latest plot twist on a soap opera. The stares we got? Let’s just say looks can kill.

When we asked for chopsticks, they were delivered with the flair of a magician throwing cards across a table. One chopstick didn’t survive the landing and dramatically yeeted itself onto the floor.

Oh, and my Pepsi? Served at the exact temperature of mild disappointment. To top it all off, our egg rolls came with an unexpected bonus: a small rock! A crunchy surprise I never saw coming.

That said, the water refills? Chef’s kiss. My phone charged peacefully thanks to the restaurant’s electricity, and we even got to-go boxes — a silver lining if I’ve ever seen one.

We ate everything, left a tip (mostly from fear), and lived to tell the tale. Honestly? 10/10 for the experience, 2/5 for the hospitality.

The food was wonderful but the service was rude! My friend and I dined in because she said the food was so amazing. But when the bill came we paid and we tipped nicely despite feeling like we were being rushed out. It felt so rude. Like once the bill is paid get out! My friend said she might not return but the restaurant was NOT very busy at all. It was steady customers but nothing seemingly overwhelming to manage. At least not at the front of the house.

Again the food was delicious but the customer service was awful.

Came in here last night with my man and we should've left as soon as we walked through the door. This was our first time eating in Chinatown and we will NEVER come back to this particular restaurant. We have never felt so unwelcomed before in a restaurant. The waitress was rude and seemed impatient with us. Food wasn't good and when it was time to pack our food up, I noticed she brought us containers, but packed everyone else's food. No communication, just sat the food on the table and walk away. Just rude! Never coming back!

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I don’t normally write bad reviews but this place was just awful. When we walked in the host or cook and server were arguing and yelling- we just ignored it. The server looked like she hated her job The food was alright and that’s being generous 2/10 food. I crossed off a tip because it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. And just wrote our total. She came back up to us and looked at us like we were stupid and said this didn’t include a tip…ma’am u did nothing but drop the food off. No water refills, no conversations, and not even a smile…so i ended up giving her a tip but generally did not want to. I do NOT recommend going there.
