Ordered food last night, took over an hour to get there, the food showed up soggy and cold. Called to get either a fresh order or refund and the lady who answered the phone was rude and told me you want a refund bring all the food back ( so they can use it for someone else's order) I told her I did not have time for such nonsense , she said then you don't get nothing call your bank and hung up the phone.

Incoming: A real honest review.
Listen, I've been in the restaurant industry for a long time, doing everything from bussing tables to being a manager. I know what its like to stand there and answer the phone and pack orders all day. During the pandemic it was the only way I paid my bills. All that said...
The food is good, but the woman who works the counter makes me want to never go back again. When I order for myself and go to pick it up, I'll TIP. Sometimes I'll even tip to the amount you would if it was an actual sit down restaurant! My order is simple and I don't make any modifications. I don't linger when I order, I say thank you, and I tip to show gratitude. Basically, I'm the customer I always loved when I was doing the same job in 2020.
This woman has seen me multiple times and today decided to basically scoff at me when I walked in. Literally, forget it! I'm never coming back. I'll go somewhere farther where I'm sure they'll appreciate that I put some effort in to show that you deserve a little extra money. If you aren't even going to be nice to the customers who try to make your day a little better than you don't deserve customers period. You just don't want to do business at all.
Save your money, go somewhere else where whoever is packing your order will appreciate your money if you decide to be generous. PS: clean your lobby.

Outstanding food at reasonable prices. Mostly for pickup or delivery. Really not geared for eating there (just several stools at a counter. Very clean

Customer service is horrible. I had a large order I was going to get until I attempted to place my order online. The employer answering the phone is very distasteful and unprofessional. I prefer not to patronize this location.
The food was great, the portions are very generous, and the price was very good. Also we ordered delivery and the food was delivered quickly!

They do such a brilliant job with all the food. They use true, high temperature, wok cooking technique, which isn't easy. Wonderful noodles are the result of this labor of love. Their curries are a sleeper gem as well.

My go-to take out/delivery place. Always meet my craving. Huge portions for a great price. Staff and delivery drivers are kind, hard-working and accommodating. The last time I ordered they threw in a free egg roll. Love introducing friends to this gem!

Truly wonderful potstickers, which is what I care most about. Also a lovely place for many different kinds of cooking.

We ordered a green curry online. It was ready on time for pick-up. Decent price and size of the dish. Good taste. We will order again. The lady behind the counter seems a little grumpy, but as long as the food is nice, idc. 😉

Thank goodness this place exists. This is your classic Chinese-American take out joint and the food is simply delicious. We ordered two dinner specials and a crab rangoon app - generous portions, hot, fresh, and tasty. Specifically, there is an element of “wok hay” (a Cantonese phrase denoting smoky aroma and flavor) present in the cooking that makes it 5 stars for me.
Don’t expect any level of “service”; that’s not the point here. This is a mom and pop shop operated by weary food industry veterans. Just pick up your plate, quit yapping, and enjoy what you ordered because you won’t regret it.
Friend chiming in: Regarding the service, the woman is lovely. You get everything you need and neither more or less, perfect in my opinion.
Parking: Small parking lot but easy to navigate

Been my favorite Chinese restaurant for the past 7 years. The food is great, the prices are more than reasonable, large portions. This place is ran by an older couple and they are always working hard! (Really never bothered me even slightly that the woman is not overly friendly, she doesn’t need to be, she’s pleasant enough)

I ordered the seafood lo mein, it was disgusting. The noodles were hard and the meat was not fully cooked. Plus my food took a hour and a half to get to me. Then she up the price from the regular price. I will not be ordering from here again.
