A strong ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. It was delicious. I had a quesadilla with rice and it wasn’t too bad. The food is delicious. I love the healthier bread option and flavor and the clean and nutritious green smoothie. I am usually underwhelmed when I order food from Uber eats or in general. I usually get the same thing so it was a really nice change! 💜
Left Coast is such a lunch (and sometimes dinner) staple for me. The food is delicious AND healthy. Love the Montecito Hash, the Jimmy Ching, Farro and Away. All the wraps (which comes with a side of kale salad, yay!) are terrific and filling. Please open one in my neighborhood!
My husband and I had a several week track record of 'healthy eating' meaning essentially, we are existing on salads. We were en route to the Athenaeum Theatre and needed to eat something within one hour. A quick google search brought us to Left Coast.
It was a very low-energy place - Friday night @ 6:30, I would have expected a few more patrons. There was just one other diner. We both got salads and they were both fine and filling. We added proteins (chicken and salmon respectively). That is key to making the salad into a meal, I think.
The prices seem high to me. For two salads, a smoothie and a can of coconut water, the total was north of $50. Probably that's the cost of organic ingredients, but sitting with plastic silverware and plastic cups, it just felt a wee bit high.

Loved their vegan spring rolls!
Their “fresh” orange juice tastes like bottled juice.

Left Coast is in a great location. Seating inside as well as outside. So many fresh options. The hardest part is picking what to get.
The restrooms are very clean!

We came here for lunch and absolutely loved it! The menu has such great options, and as a dietitian I really appreciate how healthy everything is. I also value that they’re mindful of people with intolerances and allergies, offering dairy-free and gluten-free choices.
The atmosphere was perfect for a summer lunch—great music, outdoor seating, and a welcoming vibe. They also clearly think of families: there’s space for strollers, coloring pages for the kids, and a kids’ menu that actually worked—my children ate happily! We tried a wrap, a greens dish, a kids’ item, and an açaí bowl, and everything was fresh and delicious.
A wonderful spot that we’ll definitely be back to. Highly recommend!

First time, breakfast sandwich was great and the smoothie was really good. Plastic straws??? Really?!? Come on. Plastic straws will keep me from returning.

Why is it so hard to ever get the thing I ordered here? Lattes include coffee.

If you could be a little friendlier!
If you could prepare your food all the way!
If everything didn't taste a little bit off.
If my girlfriend and I couldn't hear your kitchen music a block away - literally!
Trying to have a nice quiet night at home. You are not a club! Now it's 8am! Nobody wants to hear Like a G6 at 8am while sipping coffee on their day off. And no one wants to hear two sets of music when they come in to order food! I can't even hear you!
Get it together! You guys had so much potential and wasted it!

Stopped by Left Coast and spent around $25 on the “K‑Town” grain bowl and a green juice. Bowl was colorful and fresh, kimchi had a good kick, though the brown rice was a bit on the dry side. Juice hit the spot but didn’t blow me away. Staff was super friendly and the space is chill. Solid for a healthy lunch, but portion size felt a touch small for the price. Still, I’d go back.
