The staff that you have in here working has terrible customer service skills. The one lady told me that what they had in this paper where it says this deal expires on the 31st of this month she doesn't have to honor it because it is not a coupon. Even if it's not a coupon why would it be in the paper and be offered. She then whispered something to the cashier in reference to me. Not to mention none of the food was made fresh and the sauce was like gravy. I will no longer patronize at this establishment and I suggest that other people do the same because no one has to tolerate disrespect and the food tasted like it had been out for days.

I’m a little peeved, I ordered through Uber Eats picked up the order myself. I ordered one turkey tip and Link combo and one turkey tip and Wing combo.. The wings were nowhere to be found. I’m upset that when I called your mailbox was full. How do you contact someone if you have a problem.

I've tried them repeatedly since they've opened, and each time, I've been thoroughly disappointed. The chicken was overcooked, the hot links were dried out, the rib tips weren't edible, and the consistency of the sauce was thin. The reason is that back in the day, the 59th and Racine location was always on point, and I was hoping that this location would be a go-to spot, but that hasn't been the case.

I just received an order from Leon’s per Uber Eats. I’ve ordered from Leon’s since the establishment re-opened, but this order was the worst order I have ever received. I ordered a large order of rib tips , but I received a order of rib tip bones. I shall never order any additional orders from this establishment again as I was a frequent customer. Do non waist your time ordering from this establishment.

I hadn't eaten at Leon's in several years, but it was typically Leons poor quality. The meat was dry. The chicken was OK. The hot wings were iced cold and the sauce is too sweet.

Spent $50.00, Barbecue Sauce Is LikeWater!!! Plus not enough on the fries or meat.

I harkened back to the 1980’s at Leon’s on the corner of 83rd & Cottage Grove and French fries smothered in “Leon Sauce” so when my wife said “barbecue for Mother’s Day” I immediately jumped on-line and ordered a slab, tip-link combo and large fries with extra sauce. This location off 63rd & Stony Island may be “new” but this food is consistently DELICIOUS. I have no idea what the relationship is to the other two “Leon’s” locations that claim to be the “original,” but this location was started by my dear friend Dr. Leon Finney, Jr., and this food is authentic and amazing!

I didn't visit Leon's Kitchen but the Hydepark Environmental Nature Garden across the street. If you're looking for an outdoor garden to enjoy your BBQ dinner, you're welcome to have a seat at one of the tables in the garden when opened to the public.

I drove from Bolingbrook to the city just for some Leon's BBQ. The food was great and the customer service was special. I'LL DEFINITELY BACK BACK!!!
