Their drinks menu is full of interesting options.
Menu doesnt match advertising...bar food with maybe 10-15 options nothing like their previous offerings. VERY disappointed I wasted time in a later evening coming here

Came here with my wife to have some light foods.
Nice restaurant with lovely decorations in level two of Hyatt.
Very polite server and staff
The taste of the meals are good.
On our second visit, my Margarita cocktail wasn’t well-made.
This is the restaurant that serves breakfast for globalists. The menu has varieties of selections and their portions are massive. Notably, their waffles are probably some of the best waffles I’ve had. The breakfast buffet is also better than a typical hotel buffet. There is a bar area, but their drinks are quite pricey, especially for their quality.
The best part though is the team that serves the breakfast. Overall, incredibly amicable and well mannered staff. They know exactly what you want and provide a top notch service.

We decided to stay in and try the Hyatt Centric's in house restaurant on a cold morning. My wife ordered the Banana Foster French Toast and I ordered the Biscuits and Gravy. We both enjoyed our breakfast. I also had a side order of sausage that was tasty. The workers were all courteous and the service was fast. We would eat here again.
KARINA, our waitress , was amazing.
So welcoming ,hospitable and attentive that we would recommend any to stop in for breakfast.
See you again soon!
Great restaurant with the most amazing service. Our server, Sharif, was absolutely awesome! He was friendly and efficient and really elevated our whole dining experience!
What a kind and hardworking staff! I stayed at the Hyatt for three nights and had breakfast at the buffet every day. The staff was amazing- they really hustle to make sure you have everything you want and need quickly and with authentic kindness. This location has awesome staff culture- the managers are to be commended!

I didn't have the food, but the bar was great. We had an amazing time talking with everyone including the employees. The drink selection was excellent, especially the beers. I'll have to try the food next time.

Came at 10pm on a Thursday night, it was dead empty. Best truffle Parmesan fries of my entire life. Generous on both the Parmesan and truffle. The burger was great too! Cooked perfectly to specification, and the onions were delicious. Forgot to take pictures because we ate everything so fast. The calamari was good as well. Dinner was about $70 for the two of us before tip, but we split the burger and had drinks. Saul was an amazing server, very attentive and kind. Thank you so much!

Stepping of the elevator, there was an overwhelming smell mold so we did not stay for the meal.
Food and drinks were decent. Service was okay. There was only one person seating guests and taking food orders.
Came in for a late dinner when we got into town. The waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable about beer selection. We split the buffalo wings, the Caesar salad, and a side of brussel sprouts. The Caesar salad comes with anchovies, which my husband loves. The buffalo wings and brussel sprouts were also outstanding.
