We were disappointed as we are fans of Cafe Ba Ba Reeba. The flavor of the dishes were lacking. The brussels sprouts salad was probably the best thing we ate. The rest were the beef empanadas, baked goat cheese with garlic bread, ham croquettes and meatballs. Service was fine.

L'il Babareeba has morphed - like the original - from being close to what you might find in Spain to being 'Spanish-like'. The food is still pretty good and it's still a value if you know how to order. Like any good tapas bar in Spain, it is noisy, but not so much that you can't have a conversation. The service is very good and knowledgeable.

I have been to the Lincoln Park location (Café Ba-Ba-Reeba) many times, I'm so glad I finally made it to this spot! The service here was incredible, and the ambiance was elegant yet relaxed. When they say "Lil", they mean it. It's significantly smaller than their other location and not suitable for large groups but worth the visit nonetheless. Their food never misses! Get the Chorizo Wrapped Dates, and don't miss their dessert menu--key word(s): Butterscotch Custard.
