I never knew you could remove a negative review on a business page. After years of shopping here, we noticed politically divisive and nasty signs in the window. Tried to talk to the owner about it, and got screamed at and chased out into the parking lot. Also got told to “TAKE THAT MASK OFF.” Nope. Never again. Mail order is cheaper anyway.

I live in Pennsylvania and have been ordering from here since my daughter was born with PKU 7 years ago. My daughter has to maintain a low protein diet and they have a good selection of the items I need. They’ve always been great about communicating when they were out of something and gave me options on shipping the rest of my order. Would highly recommend this store!

It's a small store, but they have a surprisingly large variety of products. Everyone here was super nice to me my 1st time shopping. They were more than helpful in helping me find the items I was shopping for.

To walk into a store where they know what PKU is, can talk about Phe and have an amazing selection is something I didn't know existed until Lil's. Therese was so nice and showed us so much. she even handled my very talkative 4 year old like he was her helper. beyond grateful!

My daughter has PKU and the ladies here are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Almost 3 years shopping here, mostly online, and I have never had any major issues.
