Today I bought some DoriLocos with everything and instead of Clamato, with Valentina. I waited a long time and they took my order. I came home to enjoy it like several times before. The leathers are all soft. Call to let them know. The person who answered me wanted to give me a new order changing the Valentina to Clamato but that was not the reason for my call. When I clarified that it was the consistency of the cueritos, he began to argue that he couldn't put them in the refrigerator because they must be soft from the heat. I told him that I had never had the leathers on previous occasions and very despotic and arrogant he replied that I was the only one complaining, no one had said anything about the leathers. He told me so much that he couldn't put them in the refrigerator that I replied that I wasn't telling them whether or not to put them in the refrigerator, that the leatherettes weren't good quality and he hung up on me. I have been shopping at this business for many years and have never experienced such poor ingredient quality and such poor customer service.

1. No menu prices which every business is supposed to have keep telling the manager but obviously the owner doesn't care and money is the only thing that matters 2. Quality of the products seems to get worse over the years...how? Everything is watered down heavy 3. Customer service is not great, ladies always have an attitude no matter what time of day you go!
Place is literally a revolding door for employees. Probably get paid the legal least amount and owner expect to get as much work out of them as possible. Which in return the customers get the end of the stick. "I don't get paid enough..." type mentality in there. Just don't go there or any of these places. Greedy owners thinking they are mega corporations hahahaha

Such poor service sadly to say this place is lossing is touch and the staff is just horrible and doing their job venezuelan or colombian ladys here give bad name to the real working and caring people that make this what its today but is slowly dying never buying here again ever.

Owner of this place. It is very uncomfortable to go buy a snow something to eat and it DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING with these heat, apart from the fact that their employees are very slow to serve each customer, we have to be uncomfortable and many are sweating due to lack of AIR CONDITIONING, fix it no be it elbow or elbow or if it works tell your employees to put it at a cool temperature. Talk to your employees to be kind, to leave their bad mood at home and to clean the tables every time a customer leaves, they are very dirty.

First time buying a corn on a cup they barely put some of the ingredients. Normally I buy my elote from the elotero man. So I was expecting the same or more because of their prizes. And when I ask the lady if that was all that they put they say if you one more you have to pay extra. I understand that if I want more I have to pay for extra, but they barely put sour cream and cheese to the corn. Plus the attitude of the lady that is from Colombia or Venezuela is so horrible basically she told me if I don’t like it to go to other place. I been coming at this place for 10 years, and none of the employees had this bad attitude like this lady

So annoyed!! Second time I call to place my order, they said 20 min for just a torta, I get there and it’s not ready what’s the point of taking orders over the phone
