Lips Drag Queen Show Palace, Restaurant & Bar

If you are looking for a super fun evening, Lips is perfect!! So much energy and crowd participation! The queens are badasses and have fun with the crowd! And, it is only about a two hour commitment for your night!

Food was just OK, not fine dining. The overall experience was fun, high energy and exciting. Well worth attening for a fun night in Chicao.

Excellent show, and friendly staff and entertainers. Loved the acts, the costumes and the MC. Afterwards the ladies were happy to take photos and converse with the crowd. Also, the brunch was really tasty and beautifully plated. Would go again!!

10/10 from the food to the drinks to the performance. I had a great time celebrating my Birthday there. Everyone was nice and the place is Beautiful. Definitely will be going back.

I came here for the first time to celebrate my birthday with friends, and we had such a great time! The atmosphere was fun, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff and entertainment made the whole experience even better. Definitely a birthday to remember! Can't wait to come back!

This was soooo much fun! We were a little nervous when we pulled up because of where it's located but 10/10 recommend. The food was also fab!

I took my friend for his birthday, and he had a great time! Definitely sign up for the special occasion package. It does not cost that much more, and they get their time on stage and special treats. Lips was recommended as a great drag brunch with good food, including vegetarian food. My Beyond Burger was cooked to order and delicious. My friend was really happy with his biscuits and gravy. The mimosas were good and not overly strong, and the shots were spicy! The show was energetic and inspiring! They included plenty of pop hits from Aretha Franklin to Rihanna, and the performances included some acrobatic flips as well as plenty of dancing. The drag queens' hair, makeup and costumes were awe-inspiring! Be sure to bring plenty of dollar bills to tip the performers.

I went solo on a Saturday night right after the 4th of July, so I'm imagining it was a little slower than usual, but I still had such a blast. All the ladies there are sweet as can be, I felt very welcomed as a solo flying femme, and service was stellar. The woman that stood out the most to me was Carrie, her drag persona was so kind, likable and she felt so authentically passionate about her performances. She really stood out above the rest due to her charisma and uniqueness, and being so beyond drop dead gorgeous. She was also checking on me all the time to make sure I had everything I needed. A real peach! The food itself was much better than I expected, with huge portions, but it makes sense because they keep such a limited menu so they can provide better quality of what they do have. The performances were engaging and fun, food was great, atmosphere is tastefully gaudy and playful, the performers are also the servers and they were very attentive to my needs even while "wearing many hats" so-to-speak. Would 100% come back here again and recommend it to any others also visiting (or from) Chicago.

I don't like the flat rate for weekend brunch especially when I don't drink alcohol. No compensation was offered for this. The food was good and so were the performances. One request for more current music selections and more upbeat performances, this will be greatly appreciated. I have patronized the business several times and sometimes the performances are a hit or miss.
