Came here for my college formal. The bartenders were literally strippers and were so rude. The bouncers just wanted to fight everyone. They threw my boyfriend accross the room because he was apparently in their way to the bathroom. They kicked us out 15 minutes before our time was up. It’s also super small and the music stinks. Do not recommend whatsoever.

If you want to be robbed of your time and money, come HERE. Waited over 45 minutes at the bar for a drink to not be served. Not only were the bartenders rude, they were biting people’s cards, throwing trash at the crowd, clapping in peoples faces, utterly disrespectful. Only serving people they wanted to serve, on top of that you would be called broke for getting tipped $5, and ignoring you and moving to someone else. What makes this all the worse is that we had the event booked out, and had paid for an open bar. It doesn’t make sense to call it an open bar if they aren’t going to serve you.

Do NOT go here!!! Came here for a private event with around 70-80 people total. We arrived and waited almost an hour to get drinks we basically had already paid for through the booking. I never ended up getting a drink and just left, so I could’ve waited for so much longer. The bartender was very obviously only serving the people he wanted to serve, not the people who had been at the front of the bar waiting the longest. A girl there ordered her drink and he clapped in her face, yelling about a “$1 tip minimum required” when all she had done at that point was place her order. He spent majority of the time texting and throwing receipts (trash) into the crowd. He was also PUTTING PEOPLE’S CARDS IN HIS MOUTH TO HOLD. Very disappointed as this was not a cheap event, and as stated we waited for an hour at the front of the bar for drinks and never received them. The bartender’s demeanor was just very aggressive and his blatant attitude to look amongst the crowd for 10+ seconds and choose who he personally wanted to serve rather than who he clearly saw had been waiting was ridiculous.

Bartender blacked out at our event we booked with a large group. Took only an hour for them to become incoherent behind the bar nearly falling over and spilling drinks. Would’ve liked to love this place, security was nice and thorough despite what other reviews said. Just need a new tender because that was a night killer even though it’s a good story to tell.
Edit: we booked the bar until 11 with our group. They said we have to leave at 10 and that us renting the venue meant nothing. Worst place in Chicago, security was horrible I resent my previous statements about how nice they were.
Scammers, liars and cheats. Gang run establishment. Do not go here if you want a good night.

AVOID THIS BAR AT ALL COSTS. Do your research! Managers and bouncers run the establishment like a trap house. Altercations are inevitable here. There’s a difference between politely asking someone to leave with reasoning vs. the latter. Bouncers kicked out a member of our party upon entry after accidentally being bumped into (no markings identifying himself as a member of security). I then asked the reasoning and was told I would have to go. After getting slowly escorted out walking backwards, continuing the discussion, the bouncer kept touching and grabbing me. I was shoved down the entryway flight of stairs with the bouncer hanging onto me (about an 8-10 stair fall). The bouncer then proceeded to punch me in the face/throat as I was defenseless gathering myself from the fall. Not only did other bouncers get involved, but partook in the battery. Current injuries consist of a 6 inch bruise across my throat, cuts on the upper lip, 4 inch gash above the waistline, bruised tailbone. A police report has been filed, despite the first squad car showing up, shaking up the bouncers and night manager and doing absolutely nothing.The two police officers that first arrived on scene had no interest in rectifying the situation. The manager walked out, laughed in our faces and ignored anything we had to say.

I wish there was a way to give 0 stars, but this place is racist. I was told that I couldn’t get in with leggings. It took me 6 minutes to correct the issue, only to come back and be told that I had to pay $20. What was disheartening is that they weren’t charging their other customer’s “white”. My best advice is that brown and black potential customers should take their business elsewhere.

Went here one night and I’m still furious till’ this day. My buddy and a couple friends had a table here one night. I went outside for a smoke and tried to walk back in. They demanded i pay the entry fee AGAIN. I refused, and their thug bouncers pushed me up against the atm machine inside the building. This place is ran by a gang i swear.
