Expensive disappointment.
Food was bad, service was awkward and slow.
Overall cost is ridiculous.

This would be the definition of mediocre. Nothing here is gonna be the "best" of anything or even something you would remember but you won't get sick eating here. However, for the price, i wouldn't recommend it unless you have credit you want to spend here.
Being that close to the water is probably the only thing going for them.

A Great weekend at the Lirica Restaurant in the Sable Hotel at Navy Pier! The Food & service was Fantastic! The steak and eggs were excellent & the topped it off by bringing me a slice of cake for my birthday. Also sang Happy Birthday to me.That was very appreciated and thoughtful.
Thank you ladies

I have given this place three chances of being a good place to dine at.
The staff is nice and helpful. However, the food is simply terrible.
The fried chicken sandwich was so bad, like I could have eaten a rubber overcooked chicken that was probably heated before serving. I could have had a much better one at a fast food joint. My family and I have upset stomach from such over greasy stale food.
It is so sad that the location and views are beautiful but the food is only getting worse every time we give it another try.

Expect a wait time of atleast 45 mins to 1 hour after ordering the food. The service is so slow to provide drinks or food.
We had both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was good but dinner was ok. The chicken was too dry and bland.
Vegetarian options: Very limited vegetarian options

Not sure why the bad reviews unless it’s from the competition. We had two great experiences here Oct 2024. First was a to- go ahi tuna salad which was great. Second was breakfast- avocado toast was best I’ve had, overnight oats were great and kids pancakes and bacon. Quick service.

The food, service, and drink here are bad. The guac was very bland, mojito mocktail 6/10, and the waiter was short and snippy, wouldn’t accommodate someone asking to be moved because the sun was hitting him too much, even though he admitted to having open tables. There was a busboy who was very helpful but overall I would not recommend. It is a beautiful space though.
Wheelchair accessibility: They do have elevator to go upstairs to bathroom, but there are stairs to enter the patio / restaurant

Had a fabulous dinner last Sunday after seeing Henry V. Our waiter Sergio was amazing! Professional, attentive, engaging and a great smile.Noticed we left most of one appetizer we ordered, we just didn't care for it, and he took it off the bill!! The manager also stopped by our table and we mentioned it was our anniversary and they surprisingly brought us not 1 but 2 desserts! Ask for Sergio when you go!
My friend and I had lunch before a play at Chicago Shakespeare Theater. We ate outside. They have nice large umbrellas. We shared the mushroom and goat cheese tartine and the fried calamari. I would definitely recommend the tartine. The portions are generous. We ended with the flourless chocolate cake and the Spanish mango custard. The custard needs to be lighter In texture. My mezcal margarita was light on the mezcal but otherwise ok. The service is very good and overall it's a nice relaxing place to eat.
The food was good, but my steak was undercooked. Drinks were great but expensive. What was disappointing was that there are different menus online vs on the Hilton app vs in the restaurant with little to no consistency. Even the filet, which I ordered, came completely different than I expected and what I've seen others post pictures of. The food I got was good, but I was disappointed as other things I wanted from the other menus were nowhere to be found on the menu at the restaurant. The one in restaurant was quite a bit more limited and less appealing.
