Let me tell you something when I got my mango jerk chicken wrap,and when I took the first bite it felt like I caught the holy spirit in the form of holy trinity of flavor. My taste buds were baptized. I highly recommend. Oh and get the strawberry lemonade ooooooooo weeeeeee it felt like I though I was in love again.

I ordered a jerk chicken Alfredo with extra Alfredo sauce. The food was very nasty and salty. Very disappointed because I pay $18.95 and I couldn’t even eat it if I had the opportunityor live in that area I’ll take the food back and get my money back and then on top of that I notice how they had the black containers with the noodles Sitting on top of each other against the wall which was very nasty. That’s probably why it had a funny taste to it and this is my problem. I’ll try to give everybody a chance , but never again.

I really enjoyed the vegan kale wrap it was so fresh and full of delicious flavor! The hibiscus drink was also amazing and super refreshing. The girl who took our order was so kind and welcoming. Overall, a great experience!

I called twice to place an order and they hung up in my face both times. The third time I called, they disconnected the phones so it no longer come through. I’ve been here before at/around 9pm so I know they take late orders. This was very rude they could’ve said something on the phone instead of letting me driving to place an order in person.

Hi, I wanted to share a really disappointing experience I had at Litehouse Whole Food Grill on 6/22 around 7:19 PM. I placed an order via Google, which routed through ChowNow. When I arrived, the cashier told me she couldn’t find it. I showed my confirmation email, but she quickly dismissed me and claimed she had already checked—though she never actually looked. I was charged nearly $30, received no food, no help, and no explanation.
As someone who’s worked in fast food management for over 5 years, I understand how busy things can get—but basic courtesy and effort go a long way. My friendly advice to the team member I interacted with is this: if you no longer find joy in serving customers, it may be time to reconsider your role.
I’ve always loved Litehouse, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. If third-party ordering platforms aren’t supported, they should be removed from your Google listing to prevent more confusion. I left empty-handed and truly disappointed

There is potential but the prices for their inconsistency is not worth the hassle. Id rather spend the same elsewhere knowing it's not a gamble if my food will be amazing or meh at best.
Door says the close at 10pm but when I went the doors were locked at 9:27pm 🤦🏾♂️

Currently sitting here waiting 20mins for a burger. Several ppl have come in, placed orders bigger than mine, and was able to get their order expedited. Of course they were of, other ethnicity. The host with the pink hair had no idea what was going on with my order. I had to ask the cooks who don’t speak English about my order. This is only to read in between the lines and point to have clear dialogue. My order has yet to be started after 20mins. Will reach out to management as I’m informed there is no type of manager on site until Sunday. Jerk Yard has good and timely service, along with uncle Joes.Jerk Yard was ordered after and ready before. Fresh and good. These two stale cakes I also purchased to further by support of our black businesses. But dry, so not sure how long they’ve been sitting. Do better Litehouse. Oh I had to ask for a bag for the stale cakes, I ordered 2, and had to ask for a bag.
