Excellent service, and I liked the space. Great cocktails. Food was okay, but not the best.
The hostess was incredibly rude and had such an attitude. I had made a reservation for a standard table. She sat us at a high top which was hard for me, I'm short and have an injured shoulder so I struggled to get up and down from the seat. Service was fine, food was a bit salty. Lovely decor and pretty cocktails. So many other choices in this amazing neighborhood, we'll probably choose another next time.
Everything was pretty salty, unfortunately. Gorgeous place , the menu needs significant work.
Great neighborhood spot with delicious food, friendly service, and wonderful ambience. Cocktails were tasty, and there was something for everyone on the concise menu.
The Good Wolf is Little Bad Wolf's more innovative and elegant sibling. The drinks were smooth and the food was delicious with generous portions, but we could barely engage in conversation across our 4-top over the loud music.
The Gnocchi Duck was amazing! The Oysters were amazing! The Dirty Martini salad was something I'll definitely have again 😋! Strong drinks! Service was impeccable we'll definitely be back!
The owner Troy was awesome, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Restaurant was beautiful, food was great and service was even better.
Our first visit to The Good Wolf was a wonderful surprise! The ambience is comfortable, soft light, barely heard music, tables of mostly quiet conversation. The menu is curated-- not huge, but extraordinarily thoughtful with many delicious ingredients. We chose to start with a grilled cabbage salad with crab meat-- and enjoyed it ! My entree was the lobster reuben sandwich with a perfect basket of crisp fries and an aioli sauce- OUTSTANDING, a bit of a splurge but we were celebrating my birthday. My husband enjoyed his homemade gnocchi with duck confit-- very yummy! Our server, Adelle, was especially delightful and brought me a scrumptious lemon tart with blueberrry sauce as a birthday treat on the house. We look forward to returning ASAP.
We really enjoyed the venue, menu options, and food! We were a little neglected with service but honestly, it was no big deal. Would happily return.
The good Wolf is a nice addition to the sisters of restaurants. Cocktails were delicious. Food was tasty and plentiful. Service was attentive and professional.

Gideon, the bartender, was awesome. The burger was one of the best non smash (and overall) burgers I've ever had.
Food was delicious and the service impeccable. I liked the atmosphere and decor. It felt intimate while still relaxed. Great neighborhood gem.
The Good Wolf is an exciting sister restaurant of the popular Little Bad Wolf next door. Their upscale space is beautiful backdrop for their delicious food and cocktails. The Dirty Martini salad is an amazing starter as well as the steak tartar and shrimp DeJonghe. It's nice to see the "Good Burger" has a place on this menu (re: "Bad Burger" next door), but the adventuresome Lobster Reuben stole the show. It tasted like a ruben, but with the richness of lobster. Our group of 5 was well attended to, and our server had good suggestions. We are excited to return for our next visit soon!
The food was excellent. The decor and atmosphere are very quaint. I recommend dining here.
Service was great but food was amazing! The carbonara was some of the best I've ever had!! I will definitely be back.
