Did a online order. Walked in to pick it up apparently my order was given to someone else. When asked for a solution the manager “jay” said the only thing he can do is provide a refund instead of looking on the cameras to get to the bottom of the situation

I’m from Detroit and had this pizza there and it looked like it does when you google “Detroit style deep dish pizza” and this is not Detroit style pizza. Half of our so-called Detroit style deep dish pizza wasn’t done and completely soft in the middle! Pictures included

The food was ok but why did i just place a order for delivery waited a hour was texted my order will be delivered at 1201 pm then get a message from door dash saying little ceasars canceled my order..i recently tried giving thos location a chance after years of not ordering here now i cant get a hold of anyone to find out whata going on This is u accepable and ridiculous

To be honest the pizza is pretty decent. It’s just the fact there is NOT enough workers in there. Some cashiers are extremely rude and unprofessional , and the amount of times I got harassed by a homeless guy outside is unbelievable.
The security guy outside was very racist and kicked me out of that place. I was with a friend. I think they should change that security just because I'm white. He's very racist. I wasn't going to ask for anything for free. I think if there are clients, there are jobs and if there aren't clients, who? It will be there as security

I walked in told the girl what I wanted ,I proceeded to pay she tells me she needed exact charge.I said sorry l don't have exact change can I use my debit card she says no u can't I need exact change if u don't have it go somewhere else and get it. Very very rude cashier.

So the point of ordering online is to skip the line but in this location I was told that's my pizza's were stolen from the portal and so now had to wait 30 more mins for my next pizza!!!! And not to mention when i got my pizza's they were undercooked, So disappointing!!!!
