The food is decent, but how long it takes to prepare it is Ludacris. I ordered cheesy pizza bakes, and it took an hour and a half until I could pick up my order. And I had ordered ahead.

This place is a joke they had 8 people working I waited for an hour and 30 minutes for my food that I had order online that said it was ready but when I got in the cashier said 10 more minutes and 10 minutes turned to an hour and 30 minutes. By time I received my food it was cold. I don’t know if they don’t know who to work in a timely manner or what. I was very disappointed.

HORRIBLE service. Waited almost 2 hours for pizza. Other customers were waiting for over 3 hours for theirs. Customer service is terrible and rude. Ended up cancelling my order and walking away after 2 hours. Highly suggest you don’t go there especially on holidays or busy days.
I think we're gonna stop coming here, had a bad experience overall. Yesterday my husband placed an order for my sib to pick up. Apparently someone stole our order, then my sib had to wait an hour for them to re-make it. When my sib got home they had all but one of the pizza's(we ordered 2). I called off my husband's phone around 9-10 ish I think, twice no awnser. I assumed they were busy and called in the morning. I tried asking for a refund, they redirected me to the manager phone line, 45 minute hold..no response. Called an employee again..asking if they can just get the manager, just to be told the same thing. This time was on hold for an hour. I gave up, cause clearly I was getting no help. At the end of the day it's just 8$ but it's the lack of communication and accountability is what frustrated me. If you still wanna try here, it's your choice. But so far they have poor communication skills, long wait times and may or may not steal your money. Sorry for this long rant.

Waited one hour for one pizza. Asked for a refund since someone who got there twenty minutes after me got their two pizzas and crazy bread. Manager tried saying my pizza just was placed in the oven and tried to get me to wait another hour after saying “they are making the pizzas in order”. At least I got my refund, but their customer service is terrible. The employee with bleached dreads was very rude to his coworkers and customers. Very unorganized crew this night.

This location is awful and gross. I Have ordered ahead on more than one occasion just to wait nearly an hour. They don’t care at all about their customers. The last time I ordered there was a hair in my pizza and some sort of non food object in my breadsticks. Absolute dump don’t waste your time or money here
