I had a phenomenal experience at Little Caesars pizza, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Cynthia Jackson. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure my order was just right. The pizza was delicious and made quickly. I highly recommend this location, especially with such wonderful staff like Cynthia!

This place is ridiculous the employees are disgusting. Playing with their hair no hair nets. touching food no gloves and disrespectful to customers. Slammed my crazy bread on my pizza box cuz I complained. 40 min and I placed my order online. The cashier is a young punk that acts 3 trs old. And the manager, well she's no better. The worst place ever. They have no business working there. Ignorant, rude and dirty

I ordered a pepperoni, stuff crust pizza, regular cut, and I got a well done, cheese pizza. There was no receipt attached to my order and I'm waiting so long to get a rep to speak with about this. I work for a restaurant and this would be grounds for a write up for the OLO team. Unacceptable. And I want a full refund. But at least the Italian bread was right. Instead of giving people whatever, give people what they paid for. I had a number for Uber on file. Next time use it.

Worst experience ever. I ordered a Hot-N-Ready sausage and wanted to relieve a childhood treat. I was so disappointed. They didn't give me a receipt, there was no sauce on the pizza, and the cheese and sausage had no taste at all. About 15 minutes into eating it, and mind you I didn't finish it, I started getting nauseous. I went back to tell them that their pizza was making people ill. I first asked to talk to the assistant manager and told her that I wasn't given a receipt. But I immediately pointed out the woman that checked me out. She was begging me not to say something until later because her district manager was there and it would make her look bad and they would possibly lose their jobs. Will the district manager overheard our conversation and immediately came up and chastise me for not having a receipt. I pointed out that the lady working was the one that checked me out so she could verify that I did indeed purchase the pizza. She then told me that I was lying about it in order to get free food. I told her I was not lying I was merely coming up to inform them that there might be something wrong with their food, or they might be leaving it out too long. The district manager then decided to go in back with her constituents and say that there was some white boy lying about buying a pizza in order to get free food. I asked the assistant manager her name and she wouldn't give it to me I then asked if there was a number I could call and she told me that I had tolook it up on the internet. I've called the 800 number twice on that day, and all through the weekend and was on hold for over an hour each time. No one ever picked up the phone. It's a scam and they know they're selling subpar food. There is no way to get any sort of compensation for their inadequacy, poor service, and horrible food. I suggest never going to Little Caesars ever again. I wish I would be able to get ahold of corporate, because I'd love to tell them what their district manager said, and how customer service must not be her field of expertise. I originally felt bad for the workers there. But after that incident, I don't care if they look bad in front of their district manager because none of them really care about their job at all. It's plain as day as soon as you see them in action.

Seems like this place can’t get it together. I’m a regular here at this location & never had a problem up until today. Rude customer service and workers. I placed an order online to skip wait at 8:05pm arrived at time received and wasn’t ready. Made me wait an hour for my order. I asked for a refund they said no, so they ended up giving me a cold pizza with some cold crazy breads. Idk who is the Hiring manager at this location but get it together. Service and food is so disgusting. Will not be bringing my money back in here.
