This guy needs to be FIRED. I will be contacting local authorities and corporate. I had my phone thrown ny one of of the employees and it was damaged: He was upset because he had to do his job and make a pizza before closing time and did not want to. I entered at 11:45 am and he did not want to make a pizza before closing at 12 am.

Ordered thin pepperoni,a supreme and crazy bread.
The supreme was an old pepperoni pizza the rest of the toppings were just added.
Supervisors and managers need to do their jobs and check their employees. I'm calling the store as I'm typing and they don't answer. Over 20 minutes on the line.

Never going back to this location , my online order supposed to be ready at 5pm to 5:05 , I had to wait another 20 min to get it with no appology from the cashier .
First time I ordered puffs to try them , sorry to say but they gave me a burn pieces of bread .
Make sure you check your order b4 leaving the store.

Ordered 2 pizzas with extra toppings. None of them were done right. Busy I get it take your time ppl are paying for extra toppings. Y'all suck .
Terrible experience overall. I am a regular customer at Little Caesars for parties and holidays, but I will never come back to this one. I placed an order in person hours before I needed to pick my pizzas up and when I got there at my scheduled time, they had not started my order yet.

I placed an order online and received two emails confirming my pizza was ready, along with the website also showing it as ready. When I arrived at the store, my order was not ready. The cashier told me I had to wait 5 more minutes, but during that time she gave other customers their orders while mine sat unfulfilled. I had already paid online, yet I was made to wait over 20 minutes for my food. The customer service was very poor—the cashier was dismissive and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience.

I walk in they were super friendly and immediately took my order. And I personally LOVE this little Caesars because they do it the TRADITIONAL. No shoes. No socks. Just feet and kneading dough. And these are some of the hardest workers I've seen in a LC establishment. You would of assumed these people came from a wine factory in Italy with their foot work and how they perfectly got the dough in between their toes for extra folding. And it tastes great! Orderd for my sons 32 birthday party. Thank you again little Caesars

The store on central and Irving park is the worse store. I order pizza, bread sticks and a 2 liter pop and they didn’t bring the pop and the pizza and bread sticks were cold this has happens more times than I can count will not order from them again

We’ve been ordering from this location for the past 10+ years and it’s always been hit or (mostly) miss, but lately is horrendous. Orders are wrong, super late, overcooked, undercooked and just bad. Today I pre-ordered l, got all the way home and realized they gave me someone else’s order. Went back, line out the door and people were holding the door open because it was at least 100 degrees in there. No apology. Next 2 pizzas had my name, but when I got to the car I realized they were also wrong. No apology. In fact, the worker tried to swear it was the right pizza that they tried to add butter and salt to and hand back to me. Thing is… we ordered the pretzel crust with cheese sauce pizza. This had marinara. Worker said they could remake it, but that would be another 20 minutes. Still… no apology. I don’t really get it, but maybe the extreme heat is causing brain fog or rudeness? Don’t go here. Pretty sure those 4 pizzas that I touched and took back in were someone’s dinner by the looks of them going back into rotation.

I attempted to have my food delievered today, only to wait over AN HOUR for a place that is less than 5 minutes away from me. I had about 8 people attempt to pick up the order for me and every single time it was rerouted to someone else. If i could walk, I wouldve easily gone to go and grab my order, but I would’ve thought delivery would’ve been convenient. Nonetheless, I tried to call the restaurant for 30 minutes and NO ONE ANSWERED, not even to put me on hold. Safe to say if you want your food delivered, please DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION, clearly their staff does not even care about servicing anyone.
