Understaffed went at dinner time 5-6pm wait ridiculous ended up leaving and going to another place for dinner

This location has notoriously bad service. Go to one of the other nearby locations. Don’t know if it’s bad owners or what, but it’s consistent.

It’s Little Caesars… it’s supposed to be fast and convenient, because god knows it’s not the most high quality pizza your money can buy.

As a child, I remember complementary little Caesars graham cracker cookies… and my mom running into little Caesars and being out in less than a minute with a pizza every time. These days you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for a “HOT N READY” is ridiculous 😡🤬

Every time a pizza ISNT Hot N Ready as ADVERTISED I should be discounted a dollar for false advertisement.

Don’t think about asking for cheese and peppers they don’t carry that anymore either🙄

They could cut the pizza thoroughly 🫤 and the crust could be more crispy and less doughy.

Thanks to Josue the manager and crew for a great job. It was super busy being new years Eve, but they got my order done on time for me to get to work on time!

Food wait is always 45mins or more, even when I order online they take forever. It's never on time. Last time I walk in to set a order two hours ahead for pick up, and when I came to pick it up they took a while before helping me or the other customers. They just said give me one minute. I gave this place to many chances.

Management and service is terrible. Over an hour wait for 2 pizzas and 2 crazy breads that were ordered online ahead. Not the first time it happens as this is a usual occurrence on most weekends and unfortunately weekdays.

Arrived at 6:30pm they said the food wasn’t ready yet it’s scheduled for 6:52pm
Came back at 6:56 they said another 10minutes
Came back at 7:25 still not ready
Manager was all chatting with another guy in the back no where to be found
