Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered pizza online, and when I arrived to pick it up, they told me my order was never received. I don't recommend going to that place, the employees are slow and terrible.

One of the better locations for this chain tbh, they actually know how to fully cook a pizza here and cut it properly which is my main issue with other stores.

This place was PACKED on my last visit. Parking was terrible. Hot and ready should no longer be their saying because they never have anything hot and ready. Cashier was friendly and looked like she was trying her best. Forgot to give me my sauce for crazy bread ( realized before I pulled away-no biggie). When I finally got home, I was able to enjoy it. Pizza , wings and bread were all good.

I ordered 3 weeks ago. I got home my order was wrong. It was already later at night I tried calling as it was late and didnt want to drive 20 minutes back to the store. No answer. So I call corporate unable to speak with someone so they make you email someone. I still havent heard back and I included the picture proof my order was wrong. Zero customer service or help. No response no refund.

They always take soooo long.. the estimated pick up time online is not even close to the actual pick up time.. the line is always so long and it says online to skip the line order online

Only one person at the counter, doesn't matter if it's packed or not. Mobile order doesn't get loaded into ovens for easy pickup. Gotta wait in line to pick up your mobile order, on the busy days that's terrible. Phone never gets picked up either. The point of ordering online is so I don't have to wait in line to get it. Defeats the purpose.

Ordered bacon pizza.The receipt on top of the pizza says bacon.As a topping and I got pepperoni place needs to get their shit together.

Placed an order at 3pm to be ready at 6:15 its 6:54 and we still don’t have our food.

Here's a question I'd like to ask management??? If a customer orders a sausage pizza, why is there only 7 pieces of meat?

Can’t even rate my food because they gave my order to someone other than my delivery driver. After waiting an hour with no communication back after I tried reaching out. I get a message saying my order was cancelled. Unreal. Won’t order from here again.

I ordered cheese sticks and this what I got. Gooey, disgusting, undone, raw cheese sticks. Then when I called to complain nobody picked up the phone for an hour.

Horrible customer service and just completed incompetence. Seriously whoever manages, if that's what you want to call it, needs to be fired. This location is a complete disappointment. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!
