Came here because it was the closest one to where i was at. The place was empty but it still took over 30 minutes to get 2 pep pizzas and 2 crazy breads once more customers stared arriving the wait was even longer none of the employees would help the line that was forming of customers

Horrible customer service. Very rude manager hung up the phone on me. They burned two of my pizzas and refused to redeliver or refund for JUST the two pizzas. I didn’t ask for the whole order to be refunded because the rest was made correctly. I ordered pizza for my kids, and they only eat cheese pizza. I did NOT ask for them well done. She ended up cancelling my order, which means I was refunded, BUT hanging up the phone because she was upset is just disrespecttcul. I was not trying to cheat anyone or get “free food” as she stated. I have money and I am not that type of person. Never ordering from this location again.

Worst place ever! What’s the point of scheduling ahead to pick up your pizza when it’s NEVER ready on the time and usually wait close to a hour plus to get it. Worst employees as well not even apologetic smh spending my money elsewhere.

Horrible service like horrible . You have 5 plus people that have been waiting over 30 mins. You have a guy that can’t do refunds at the register . Your service is horrible. Corporate needs to fire everyone and re staff the entire store .

If I can rate it zero I would. The disrespect i got from the female employee on 5/9/25 was very disappointing. I brought up that the pizza portal wasn't working and she got on my case. It doesn't help that it was over 2 hours since I got my food. The manager should be very disappointed. Come here at your own risk

I placed an order at 4:28 p.m. and was supposed to receive it by 5:18 p.m. However, it was 6:15 p.m., and my order was still not ready. I requested a refund, and Miss Lucy, the person assisting me, was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I inquired about her attitude, she rudely threw my receipt at me. This establishment needs significantly improved customer service, and the owners must pay closer attention to their employees’ behavior.

If I can give a negative star I would , waited over 1 hr for 2 pizzas , only 3 workers on a Sunday ! Wanted to cancel my order and said I had to do it online !

Disappointing a place that advertises as having hot and ready pizzas, doesn't have any hot and ready. Ever. Then to be told they are not taking walk in orders at this time. I will go spend my money where it is appreciated.

Placed order at 10:40am to pick up at 4:15pm, when I get there there is a big line of people waiting because their pick up ovens are not working, everyone in front of me had their pizza, except me, the one who ordered at 10:40am. Girl on the counter said it was in the oven needed 10 minutes more, so I reached out to a person in front of me what time did you place your order he said 4:45pm so that tell me they forgot my order and ordering ahead of time is not worth it. Also the girl was very passive aggressive with her responses. I know I get what I pay for but still unacceptable how irresponsible not to have an order ready with literally hours of anticipation. My order was hot but not ready. Very disappointed.

The only good and apologetic person was the driver. Order took an hour and 30 minutes to be delivered. Upon trying to call the location, no answer. On a Wednesday night. Pizza arrived cold, meaning it's been ready for at least 20 minutes just laying around telling the drive order isn't ready yet avoid at all cost. Go another location. Or get some McDonald's it will be faster if you walk there yourself. Asking for a refund on that order.

Made a pickup order that was a 40-minute wait. When we got to the front, apparently, they hadn't even started our order and needed another 20 minutes. In that time, I've seen another customer order and leave with their pizza. We had only ordered a pizza,crazy bread, and puffs. Over an hour wait for something that simple is unacceptable.
