Went in just now and tried to place an order inside of this little Caesar’s establishment and the girl at the front counter said they’re not taking orders right now because they are “very busy”. I was so confused because this has NEVER happened to me at any little Caesar’s location. I left due to poor service and a restaurant should NOT be ran this way. Why is this location even open if you’re not taking any orders? Are online orders a priority over people who walk in and pay? Never again going to this location.

Ordered pizza ahead of time, an hour before picking up, so that it would be ready for me to pick up and go. Got to little Cesar's and the pizza still wasn't ready. They only had half of my food ready and I had to wait 30 more minutes for the other half. Why didn't they just have the order ready altogether instead of separately. Don't have this type of problem at other pizza spots.

The worst customer service. They ran out of 2lt pepsi, the girl at the front says they can cancel my order or I can get credit. I asked can I just take two small Pepsi and pay the difference and they say no. So I say ok I’ll just take the credit and use it now, they say no you can’t you can only use the credit on 2lt Pepsi so if you want you can take diet. This was ridiculously difficult and unnecessary, why was it so hard to just let me take two small Pepsi and pay the difference!? 2lt Pepsi is 2.99 that I paid for, the small ones are 1.99Horrible customer service. Now I have to wait to come back to get my Pepsi I paid for at another time. Ridiculous it wasn’t an easy fix and they made it super complicated. This was by far my favorite place to come to and now it’s definitely not. So disappointed in their customer service.

Don’t waste your time going here. I Have gone multiple times and there is always an issue. It’s either they never have pizzas ready, or the wait time is always 30 to 40 minutes, and today it was they weren’t even taking orders anymore because they “ran out of pizzas”

Worst customer service! Got a wrong order and instead of apologizing for it they huff and puff and give attitude roll eyes and make smart remarks and on top of the 20 minutes I had already waited they asked me to wait another 20 to get the right pizza. I had to drive to another location. if you don’t like your job then quit! You guys know you get a rush on Friday nights after 7 so why on earth are staff not prepared.
