I called store on cermak and direct me to another line where I put my order for pick up at this store at 3:30pm they never submitted and we are here and they have no order from us and now we have to wait 40 minutes in store. I called again and got directed to that line and I explain to them my situation and told that need to do there job or let the store take the order instead. Her respond was that they are doing their job and sorry. Unbelievable

We have already ordered twice and they have taken too long to deliver; On the second occasion they did not deliver the pizza we ordered (three meats), but instead sent a pepperoni one. It also arrived uncut. Terrible service.

I ordered my food online at 7:34 PM. As I write the review it is now 10:11 PM and I have still NOT gotten my food. Waiting nearly 3 hours for a pizza and crazy bites is pure insanity. I have never in my life had such bad service. After nearly 3 hours I just left because it was clear I wasn’t getting my food.

I made an order, waited almost 2 hours....then I just receive a message that my order was cancelled, without them letting me know in advance. I called the store so many times and nobody picked up. Definitely not ordering from this store ever again!
