I've been using this store since 2018 when I bought my house. Year after year the service here has gotten worse. It went from simple delays to even when you order online it takes anywhere from 20-30minutes to get you're order. Half the time if you don't open it right there in front of them, there is always something wrong with the order. They hire young adults with no respect for themselves or people they are serving, half the time they are inappropriately arguing which each other, our using inappropriate language. Today my delivery order was stolen, I had to call the store, which no surprise they didn't answer. I had to call the corporate number from the app, they are the ones who told me my order was stolen, placing the call was the only to get my refund because they weren't going to initialize it.
Im sorry but this store should just be shut down due to horrible service.

I place my order through the application, I arrive at the restaurant and there is nothing ready ✅ I ask the first time and they don't give me an answer, I insist the second time and they tell me that I have to wait longer because they made a mistake with my order, so why do they send me a message that my order is ready if there is nothing else, the people who are in customer service are annoying and never want to serve customers

The whole restaurant is a joke. Dragging as for peoples order. Taking longer than an hour for a portal order. Then lying saying it's ready after an hour wait and nothing is ready . Then make you wait another hour. Like fors not care about people nor their reputation. Honestly they need a whole new staff if yall keep alive. It's honesty sad how yall are with your customers. It's never hot and ready don't waste your time buying here.

All I ask for a full pizza with bacon, pineapple jalapeños, and I just feel like they just grab the glove and just threw it on top and I said a full pizza with bacon and jalapeño and bacon and they gave me barely anything and it’s not even bacon as ham very, very unhappy I go in person to purchase these items and only thing the staff is doing back there in the kitchen is caring each other, not paying attention to customers or even give me fast food service there. I had to wait 45 minutes for my pieces and now only that they have messed up the first time and they messed it up again very unhappy. I hope they shut this place down. Managers need to learn how to train better. This place is horrible.
