I literally ordered 2 pizzas with crazy crust. Somehow they didnāt notice the special request resulting in regular pizzas. I always check before leaving as they āforgetā more often than not to add a small amount of butter and Parmesan cheese. They forgot this time and I said something. The guy said no worries I got you. He takes the pizzas to the back and bring them. I saw him a little bit over the counter so I knew he added it. I didnāt recheck it and left. While driving I had to crack the windows because the garlic smell was insane. When I got home and opened the boxes I was so pissed. The kids asked if someone threw up on our pizzas. It was that gross!!! When I returned them he had the gall to say he did me a favor by adding extra sauce. I in turn asked if he would eat it??? He offered to remake them even I said that. I guess he wouldnāt touch that slice of heart attack either

Ordered through the app drove to get it said it was being packaged at the 1:33 pm I walked in at 1:39 to say I was here after I saw a pizza box and bread sticks just sitting on the boxing station told him I was here for my order he walked over and put the sticker on the bread sticks turns out the pizza that had been sitting out was mine and it was carelessly made had to have it made again because it sat out instead of being put in the box for me to put my code in and get my pizza what is wrong with yāall locations this is the second time Iāve dealt with bs now I gotta wait longer yall need crew memebers obviously people who want to work and care about the customers who make sure they receive a pay check

Just ordered delivery and all my sauces were missing. It's like everytime I order this happens. Also the stuffed crust is supposed to have a parmasan garlic seasoning on the crust, there was of course nothing on mine.

Don't waste your time or money! Wrong order ! Wait for the delivery one hour ! Never deliver, I called the store for a pick-up order, and the order made the wrong Hawaiian pizza. No ham, but with Jalapenio call to remake. They hang up the phone twice ! I'm trying to get in touch with the store no one will answer. Safe you time
