The only reason i have ordered from here more than once is because i live really close by... however this location is absolutely cursed. there is always a 50/50 chance you will get the wrong order or "online ordering is unavailable" There is a charm in the fact that the same pizza is never cut into the same sized slices though. Thin crust could be Squares, slices, or not cut at all. If you like gambling, you're going to love ordering from here.

Two words: Food Poisoning. My wife and I are both in pain right now after eating pizza for lunch. Cramping, Bloating, Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting,Luckily for us our child didn't like the taste so they didn't consume any or I'd be taking care of a sick child as well.

Just spent $60 ordering through Ubereats. My entire order was horrible, the pizza was stale like it had been sitting out all day. The wing sauce looked like it was watered down. Tried to call just to give my feedback and the phone states that the users mailbox is full. First time having a bad experience at Little Caesars.

This place should be closed down if they cannot provide customer service. if i can give it ZERO STARS i would. I placed my order with little cesars at 1049pm. Their site states they close at 12am. I waited until 1135 only for the lady in the front to tell me they stop making orders at 1130pm.How does that make any sense? When i placed my order at 1045pm. She basically said not my problem . Their not making your order and go online to get a refund.What kind of service. Seriously.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!My husband was waiting for over an hour and a half till he finally gave up and asked for a refund, what a waste of life.
If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. There is absolutely no customer service or anyone to take accountability for any mishaps.I order Little Caesar's online for pick up on numerous occasions. This was my first time picking up from this Eatery. I pass by this place everyday heading home from work and there is always a number of cars parked on Grand when they are not supposed to. From 4pm-6pm there is supposed to be no one parked on this road. They do it anyway holding up traffic during rush hour. It is honestly one of the worst stretches of the road on my way home.Aside from that annoyance, when I arrived to this location, I was early I got there around 10:05pm. My email confirmation from Little Caesar's said it would be ready by 10:15-10:20pm. I waited until close to 10:30 to check in and see what the wait was about.Upon walking in, I noticed several bright orange pieces of paper with hand written notes stating that "due to technical difficulties" all Little Caesar's orders would not be fulfilled and they were sorry for the inconvenience. Another woman had walked in and asked an attendant what we were supposed to do for a refund and the attendant said we would have to contact Little Caesar's. They unfortunately do not have a direct line for customers to request refunds and they do not offer any links in the confirmations emails either.When I resigned to realizing I will not be getting the pizza I ordered I had to find somewhere else to get food from and by that time it was much too late to order pizza from another establishment. When I had arrived home at 10:49pm I received an email stating that my pizza was ready for pick up, which did not make sense to me as I was just told that they would not be fulfilling my order.I am not sure what is going on, but I felt like I was scammed out of my food or at least told the wrong information. There is no one for me to get in contact with about this issue. I've called all available numbers for this establishment as well as Little Caesar's. I am hoping for a refund from my bank at least.0/10 VERY GHETTO
