Wow…Little Ceaser’s quality has dropped so much. I used to love it, and I expected to get what I paid for. But this pepperoni pizza was wholly inedible. I couldn’t even stomach one slice. Extremely over cooked and something was off with the pepperoni. I wasted a lot of money: I’d rather have just bought a frozen pizza. I could have purchased three good frozen pizzas for the same price as this disappointment. Two thumbs and two big toes down on this restaurant.

Ordered it on Uber eats, after multiple delivery driver changes, and after three hours went by, my order was finally canceled. This place needs to be shut down, especially based on the reviews.

After seeing all the reviews I was nervous about getting my food from this place, I ordered on the pizza app and door dash picked up my delivery. I received my food 45 minutes from door dash after I made the order online, which was pretty quick. My food came hot, & flavorful, and I received everything that I ordered, I had no issues. I wouldn’t mind ordering from here again.

I had not one, not two, but three different DoorDash drivers waiting at the store to pick up my order which tells me they never made it and had no intention to make it. I get a notification at 2:02AM that the order has been canceled.
Do you think a canceled order would mean they would refund me? Well, you would be wrong. They charged me the full amount. Then when I tried calling the store, no one picks up.
I've filed a chargeback with my credit card company and a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency for Illinois. Ridiculous. I'll never order from Little Caesars again

Horrible customer service. I placed an order for delivery and they were rude to the driver telling them they didn’t know when my 4 simple pizzas would be ready. He waited for over 30 minutes at the store and nothing. Door dash attempted to call And they kept hanging up on them. Horrible horrible

Unlike my last experience, the time to get my order done was cut down to a staggering 35 minutes to a whopping 18 minutes, however like my previous visit a lot of other people got their orders long after we put our order in, another thing that didn't help is that one of the workers was keeping a trash bag next to our order while waiting but one of the other employees had not only dropped part of our order and kicked it, he had been prepping it without any gloves, I'd hope their hands had been properly sanitized beforehand
