The worst service I was more than 40 minutes waiting for my order it’s crazy the machines didn’t get my code it took more than 10 minutes to be able to see the status of my order I went through all the machines ... many people inside with the same problem it’s crazy there’s no parking available, very difficult to find parking .. I had to leave without my order because I spent more than 37 minutes waiting for my order I’m not interested I didn’t even make a claim. I will never return to this place again and I would give him less than zero Star

this place genuinely sucks. they dont answer the phone at all, staff is rude and have attitudes when someone asks them about an order. food is usually never cooked right, recieved a burnt pizza before. there refund system is terrible as well. my order was cancelled by the restaurant with no explanation twice.

They don’t have a real order system… if your order isn’t right… then it no way to get a refund or replace your order.
They don’t answer the phone or respond to corporate after weeks and weeks.

This is a ghost kitchen.. even if using the app to track food progress.. I'm sitting in car watching employee put my pizza on the rack but not updating the app to let me know its ready Sat there for over 25min then I went in asked him.. he looked and sd oh yeah this yours.. Gave me the pizza that was sitting ready for over 25min .. when we opened it half was under cook..

This is a totally sketchy place. Triple parked traffic and blatant aggression outside. Inside they do not use the pizza delivery system, and nobody is attending the counter. Via phone, directly to voicemail. The pizza I received tonight had some sort of wax paper cooked between the crust and cheese!
