Be careful when ordering from them. I order 60 dollars worth of food and they canceled my order because the wrong driver picked it up. Now I have to wait 10-12 business to get a refund on something that was not my fault. I couldn’t even place a new order with credit.

I would like to give it zero stars, really terrible service, it is the worst experience I have had with Little Caesars. I ordered 2 pizzas online, when I got a message that they were ready I went to pick them up and when I arrived my name was not on the screen, they kept me waiting almost 20 minutes to give me my order and they gave me 2 Pepperoni when my order was a sausage and one of pepoeroni, 0% horrible service in that store

For this to be a fairly new location, it’s poorly constructed. The lobby is toooooo small( all the space was giving to BOH) and the register and the hole to talk are to far apart. I ordered crazy bread combo it was fresh, yet it had absolutely no butter( liquid margarine) or Parmesan on them; making them dry as nails with marinara sauce. In addition, I also ordered a Detroit style pizza cheese only. My son described the pizza as not enough cheese on the pizza and no pull of cheese when biting into it.

Now I would love to give little Caesars way more stars because I think the food is pretty good. Only reason I gave it three total stars because of the rating system. You can’t just rate the food. A lot of people like to turn their nose up when you even mention Little Caesars, but I say you have your opinion and I have mine and I will continue to give them my business. For the price, the food is pretty good.
