Every time I go to Little Victories I have an excellent time. Everyone from the hosts to the management are always very friendly and accommodating. One of the first times I went there I was greeted by Gus who always lights up the room with his friendly personality. Behind the bar, whether you are being served by Fresia, Tre, Adrian, or any of the friendly service staff, they are always happy to have you there and very capable of making whatever drink you desire.

Aside from service, the bar is always well kept and clean, and the bar itself is beautiful. The ambience is great as well, the plants hanging from the ceiling are a really nice touch.

Overall, this is a great bar and I will be returning in the future!

Helpful, hospitable, and professional bartenders. Tre was great. Good spot to grab a beer and some fries.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Absolutely terrible customer service and entitlement from their bartenders and staff members. Went on a Sunday morning for just food (no drinks) with my friend that was visiting from out of town and I wanted to show her one of the best Cesar wraps in the city and they wouldn’t let me sit down because I did not have a physical ID. Mind you, effective November 19, 2025, the state of Illinois launched their virtual ID program where individuals can save their ID to their Apple wallet as an official form of identification. According to the staff of this establishment, this isn’t enough to allow entry but it is for the state of Illinois. And to top it all off, there were children maybe 5 years old in the establishment but this was okay. And when my friends offered to bring a meal back for me as a carry out solution, this was AND I QUOTE “frowned upon” according to their staff. Additionally, my friends that were already seated said to the staff that they were not carded when they sat down so why are they singling out a single member of the party on this? Completely disappointed as I really wanted to support a local establishment but will unfortunately be unable to return as the treatment I received was not only uncalled for but completely unprofessional and felt targeted. Do not waste your time.

The food is amazing but the service leaves you wondering if the owner is aware his female staff have palpable attitudes or if he just allows it. Very much the types to ask everyone around you if they’re good, but insist on walking past you as if you’re invisible. The male bartenders don’t seem to have a problem with their vision and are able to consistently check on everyone. It’s clear the women here pick and choose who they deem deserving of basic respect. Disgusting behavior because this is obviously a place ppl love to come. Either be prepared to ignore them or take a gamble That it’s a night they can act like semi professionals

Delicious Cesar wrap drenched in Parmesan cheese which makes it extra flavorful. In terms of the best Cesar wrap in Chicago, this is absolutely in the top 3

Their fries are also crispy with the perfect amount of salt

Make sure you bring your ID. We are 50/60 yrs old and they would not let us in for lunch because I didn’t have my license. Picture on phone is not good enough.

Loud, lively, fun bar. Can be hard to get a table or seat at the bar, but it’s worth the wait.

Loud atmosphere, sat at the bar and the service wasn't very welcoming. As the only black person here on a Thursday evening they made sure I felt out of place
Waited 17 min for my wrap when the people coming in behind me, in particular sat next to me ordered and got his food within 5 minutes as well as others after me . Bar attendant was not very friendly. Gave me dirty looks throughout my visit.Wrap was dry , had very little chicken which was probably done on purpose. Ate half and threw the rest away . Found this place on tick tock NEVER going back

The cocktails are $16ish and they’re… fine? Nothing to write home about. I’ve given Little Victories a few tries, and honestly the service is always kind of weird and unfriendly. Also, who cards people at the door at 5PM on a Monday? What’s absolutely unacceptable is the 3% surcharge on all checks! You’re charging $16 for a cocktail and still trying to “offset costs” with a 3% surcharge? Give me a break.

The hostess was so rude, they dont take your name when you are there so they expect you to wait in the building until a table opens up, but once the wrap came it was fine because it was so good. Worth the hype, just expect bad service.

Would have given it 5 stars but they turn you away if you don’t have your ID. Foods good no pork which is nice. Limited seating so get there early if you can. Most importantly make sure you have identification.

The chicken Caesar salad sandwich could be a 9/10. Extremely superior to the average, but it’s not perfect. The drinks were pretty good, and the atmosphere is “cozy.” Half of the space is devoted to games: pool and darts. I will definitely return to have that sandwich… maybe they have a pick-up option

This is definitely a bar that happens to have a great Caesar wrap that I would definitely recommend! There is normally a line so be prepared to wait but the wait is worth the food and drinks. We got wine and Caesar wraps and enjoyed it all. Good price and our waitress was so sweet and fun.

Hate this place with a passion. They were extremely rude to me for no reason (or maybe the reason is obvious). Hope they go out of business.

They don't allow you to order takeout because sitting you down for abuse is part of the business model. The host ID'ed us and had us wait for our table- but a line cook came out screaming at everyone waiting and ID'ed us again then made sexual comments to women waiting in line. A girl was meeting her friend who was already inside and he was so nasty to both of them. All other staff were just rude, which is weird considering the menu has 5 items. Our waitress (blonde, rodeo hat, glasses) was nice but the front of house staff: no. The food runner: no. Then the line cook was being rude to his staff right in front of us!! Unreal, I feel so bad for these women. But not as bad as I felt for my wallet after wasting money here. Telling everyone I know to never come. Bad bad bad.
