This is the best tavern pizza in the area. The sauce is fantastic, the crust is excellent (order well done for crunchy bite throughout), ingredients are consistent. Overall, currently the best in all of the northeast of the city. Better than JB's, Pappa Rays, Vinnis, Golden Crust. Those are all great pizzas but this is the best.

This is my first time ordering from lockal bar and pizzeria through door dash. Let me say I am not disappointed at all! Pregnant woman approved haha. I was skeptical about them following the special instructions I placed through my door dash request but they understood the assignment. I ordered the supreme 18" and requested for the pizza to be half chese because I was sharing with my picky children and they delivered perfectly! The pizza tasted so good and fresh the edges were so crisp. The ratios of cheese/sauce/veggies/meat was so on point!!! My son loved the very lightly burnt edges. I was so surprised to be honest, they sent me a cheesecake covered in strawberry sauce and labeled it "For Mom". They are so sweet and I really appreciate them for doing this kind gesture and appreciating motherhood. I'm also pregnant so that was a bonus for me hehe. Thank you so much Lockal bar and pizzeria you guys deserve all the business you can get. Very genuine service. Me and the family will order from here again for sure!

We’ve done both take out and dine in pizza here now and I think it will officially be our new go-to pizza spot. It is a near perfect Chicago-style tavern pizza with a thin and crispy crust, perfectly cooked.
The cevapi pizza is excellent, so good in fact that when my dad joined us, he got two of them to go to take back to the Southside for friends bc they HAD to try it.
Daniela is as sweet as can be and provided wonderful service!
This place has become my go-to for delivery pizza. It's just fantastic. I always order the smoked beef and smoked sausage. I reeeeeally appreciate that the veggies are not overcooked into mush, but retain a nice mid-crunch texture. Sauce:cheese:toppings ratio is perfect. Just absolutely delicious.

The hot honey pizza with pepperoni is clutch. Sandwiches are good . “Munchezzz” or whatever are adequate but I would like cheddar poppers personally
