I ordered the French Dip with Truffle Fries, and they were delicious. I will be back, and I definitely recommend it.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Lola’s tonight. While we enjoyed the food, the service was absolutely terrible. I went for dinner with my mom and niece, and our server, Edgar, was inattentive and careless.
The problems began when someone who wasn’t Edgar brought our food to the table and accidentally spilled hot fries on my niece. Mistakes happen, but what shocked me was that no one—neither the person who spilled the fries nor Edgar—bothered to come back and check on her. There was no concern for her well-being, no apology, nothing.
Edgar didn’t check on us when our entrées arrived either. He seemed more focused on other tables and ignored ours. We ordered a to-go meal, which he completely forgot to put in. When we asked for the check, he brought us someone else’s bill, and when I questioned an extra surcharge, he blamed it on COVID. He did remove it after I pointed it out, but his attitude soured from that point on. He dropped the check off without a word and left the table abruptly, leaving a negative impression.
I’m not sure if he assumed I wouldn’t tip, but despite everything, I left more than 22% because I understand how tough the industry can be. However, good food doesn’t make up for poor service. Sadly, this experience has left me questioning whether I’ll ever return to Lola’s.

If you have the chance to do Live at Lola’s - do it! A lovely date night, with live jazz, a wonderful atmosphere, and good food and delicious cocktails and mocktails. Good atmosphere and food are always to be expected at Lola’s - and the music took it over the top.

My girlfriend and I went to this place in gurnee after shopping and all I can say is that the ambience and staff were on point and that food was delicious! We ended up having some tequila shots. The Bartender, Pablo, the waitress, Yiachira, and all other staff were very pleasent and provided an extremely positive energetic experience.

We came in on a Saturday night and to our surprise the restaurant was more than half empty! They only had a few tables so we weren’t sure about it, but service was great and the food was awesome. I’m not sure why it had such low traffic on a weekend but I’d probably go back! The burger was chefs kiss.
The espresso martini was perfect! And the truffle fries hit the spot!! I was so filled on fries that I struggled to eat my prime rib sandwich but I still devoured it! And the ambience was so peaceful and chill while also being exquisite and tasteful. I cannot wait to go back!!

The food at Lola’s was the best food I’ve had in a very long time (no exaggeration). Had the burrata for apps, steak frites for entree, and an old fashioned. Their garlic mayo was incredible.
The chicken was also incredible and full of buttery juicy goodness.
Place was chic and neat; unfortunately, there were a couple flies that bothered us during our meal.
Our server was friendly, but a couple times we had to ask for more water or a drink rather than preemptively being asked or helped.

Just had brunch at Lola’s. Food was amazing! Had the country fried chicken and the chef made an omelette for my wife. Beautifully done with great flavor! Met Joe, one of the owners, super nice guy. He sent out the chocolate chip cookie for dessert. Wow! Highly recommend for the food and atmosphere!
